Hive Open Mic Week 109 - Paper Kites Paper Cuts
Greetings Hive Open Mic!!!
Welcome to week 109 everyone! I hope as many of you as possible are doing well. Man, it's been a stressful one for me this week as my youngest is in some trouble and a cattle rancher that leases grazing rights from a neighboring ranch is harassing my family and shooting at our dogs. I spent the week handling these situations, which made it questionable that I'd be able to participate in Open Mic or Hive at all this week, but alas, here I am.
Without much time to prepare (the usual for me) I played around with a couple riffs and my looper to come up with this guitar jam, which I improvised over. After looking up Paper Kites and finding out they're a Folk Rock group with very enjoyable music, but not quite my style, I decided to play something chill but with my touch on it. I hope you enjoy ✌️

Saying the longer I wait to kill myself the more people will suffer.
They are reckless and should have shown the proper media what they had before taking me hostage for 5 years. I know there are many in prison that dont deserve to be there because of this. Your stay in prison will not be fun @battleaxe and friends. People are going to want you dead when they find out what you did. I hope you die a slow painful death. You sick mother fuckers.

Its a terrorist act on American soil while some say its not real or Im a mental case. Many know its real. This is an ignored detrimental to humanity domestic and foreign threat. Ask informed soldiers in the American military what their oath is and tell them about the day you asked me why. Nobody has I guess. Maybe someone told ill informed soldiers they cant protect America from military leaders in control with ill intent. How do we protect locked up soldiers from telling the truth?

Loopers are so much fun, even just to play around with. Hopefully I'll soon upgrade to a more complex one. Either way, I highly recommend one for almost any musician. Especially a solo artist. It is a skill to learn unto itself, but once you get that part down, it all falls into place.
On the last point, human nature man. Human nature always wins out in the end and we always end up fucking up a good thing. This guy has an issue that my family and our neighbors have moved into what was once part of a bigger ranch, and a lot of ranchers want free food... oh well, they get on my land then they'll have my dogs barking at his precious cows... he should deal with it and not threaten my kids. He already shot and killed my eldest daughters dog, who was an old dog and couldn't run fast. I'll deal with it old west style. In the end that's the only justice there is, frontier justice.

I understand brother, what a pitiful thing to have done to threaten your children and kill the dog, what a coward!!!!
Sometimes things are solved by surviving, sad but true, there are people with whom dialogue is impossible, I just hope that there are no more situations that put at risk any human or animal life!!!!
