Bible study on the 24th of Nov 2021

I learnt that

The way the apostle reached the people is very limited compared to now,
We can reach the house of the enemy through social media, streaming, internet and satellites

They accept to listen to it in order to find fault in the gospel but by so doing, they can repent, many as repented

The parent will not answer the sin of children likewise the children won't bear the sins of the parent, the righteous of the righteous shall be upon him

Exo 20 vs 5;thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

Eze 18 vs 20;The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.

Adam sinned but God didn't cause the whole generation, he had abel as a son and he walked in the path of God and called righteous
God still gave adam another children

Heb 11 vs 4;By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.

So if your father sinned and you as a child walk in the right path of God, you won't bear your father sin but if you didn't walk in the right path of God, the cause will continue

Don't worship another God, it is prohibited to make false God, if you love God, you won't worship idols, those that worship idols turn the truth of God to lie
God will be so disappointed at us

Rom 1 vs 25; who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

If you're evil or not, God will visit you, and the meaning of Gods visitation is care, compassion, giving attention
The reason of Gods visitation is to forgive you and you repent
God visit shows mercy but if you don't accept him and believe then you will be punished

Exo 34 vs 7;keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children, unto the third and to the fourth generation.

Change and leave your evil ways
If you change from your evil ways God will stop evil from happening to you, he is God of justice

Jonah 3 vs 4,10; And Jonah began to enter into the city a day's journey, and he cried, and said, Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown. And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.
