Saludos amigos de hive, hoy les traigo una rica carne combinada con chorizo ahumado y ensalada y guasacaca. Es una comida súper rápida y por ser domingo quise realizar algo rápido. Este fue mi rico almuerzo de hoy, que además acompañe con bollito de harina de maíz.

Greetings hive friends, today I bring you a delicious meat combined with smoked chorizo ​​and salad and guasacaca. It is a super fast meal and because it was Sunday I wanted to do something fast. This was my delicious lunch today, which I also accompanied with a cornmeal bun.

Para realizar este rico almuerzo utilice, tres bistec mediano y 2 chorizos ahumados, harina precocida, ají, cebolla, cebollín y cilantro. Esto lo utilice para aliñar tanto la carne como para realizar la guasacaca. Por otro lado para la ensalada utilice lechuga tomate, cebolla, aceite y vinagre

To make this delicious lunch, use three medium steaks and 2 smoked sausages, precooked flour, chili, onion, chives and coriander. I used this to season both the meat and to make the guasacaca. On the other hand, for the salad, use lettuce, tomato, onion, oil and vinegar.

Tome una bandeja y coloque los tres bistec, le agregue sal y orégano

Despues tome los aliños, los corte y los coloque en la licuadora con un poquito de agua

Then take the dressings, cut them and place them in the blender with a little water

Tome un poco de esta mezcla para sazonar la carne y chorizos.

Take a little of this mixture to season the meat and sausages.

Lleve a cocinar en un sartén y baje del fuego después que se doraran

Take to cook in a pan and lower the heat after they are browned

Ahora realice los bollitos, realizando la masa de harina de maíz, el cual coloque sal y agua. Y procedí a realizar los bollos, que coloque en una olla con suficiente agua hasta que hirvieran

La mezcla que me quedo de los aliños, coloque aceite, vinagre y sal y volví a licuar, de esta manera ya tenía la guasacaca. Ahora procedí a emplatar mi almuerzo.

The mixture that I have left from the dressings, add oil, vinegar and salt and liquefy again, in this way I already had the guasacaca. Now I proceeded to plate my lunch.
