A new Family training. // Un nuevo entrenamiento en Familia. / ESP-ENG

Saludos amigos de hive, hoy mi familia y yo decidimos nuevamente subir el cerro llamado los chivos. Lo cierto que es que el calor estaba súper fuerte y mi hijo comenzó que quería subir; mi hija también quería. La que no se decidía era yo, ya que me dolía un poco la cabeza.

Greetings hive friends, today my family and I decided again to climb the hill called los chivos. The truth is that the heat was super strong and my son started wanting to go up; my daughter wanted too. The one who couldn't decide was me, since my head hurt a little.

Al final me decidí ya que quería distraerme ya que estábamos sin electricidad desde el domingo, y eso me tenía angustiada por muchas cosas, sabía que si íbamos a ese lugar mi mente se olvidara de tantas cosas. En esta subida me sentí que no he avanzado mucho en estos entrenamientos; mi cansancio es aún peor.

In the end I decided since I wanted to distract myself since we had been without electricity since Sunday, and that had me distressed by many things, I knew that if we went to that place my mind would forget so many things. On this climb I felt that I have not advanced much in these training sessions; my tiredness is even worse.

Mis hijos como siempre muy felices de poder subir y hasta corren; mi hijo pequeño tiene ya un entrenamiento más seguido con su padre, lo que le ha permitido tener más energías para subir y bajar tranquilo. El corre en el cerro sin medir ninguna consecuencia de que se pueda caer. Yo asustada de ver cuando salía corriendo.

My children as always very happy to be able to climb and even run; My young son already has a more frequent training with his father, which has allowed him to have more energy to go up and down calmly. He runs on the hill without measuring any consequence of falling. I was scared to see when he ran away.

Yo llegué hasta el mismo lugar que siempre llego y allí me quede con mi niña, mientras el niño subía más arriba con su padre. Observe que es muy común ver a muchas personas realizar caminatas, muchos niños suben el cerro con sus padres; que bueno es ver como inculcan en sus hijos el deporte que los favorece en su crecimiento.

I got to the same place I always go and there I stayed with my girl, while the boy climbed higher with his father. Note that it is very common to see many people taking walks, many children climb the hill with their parents; how good it is to see how they instill in their children the sport that favors their growth.

Fue grato subir de nuevo, pero tengo que mejorar mis condiciones físicas. Para poder seguir acompañando a mi familia en este deporte que tanto les gusta.
