Empezando la semana de una manera deliciosa: comiendo sushi!!! El día de ayer fui con mi familia a un bello restaurant de Sushi, ubicado en el Hatillo. Fue una idea espontanea, estábamos cansados ya que comenzamos la semana de manera agitada, y sinceramente no teníamos ganas de cocinar y limpiar después de comer, entonces decidimos que salir seria la mejor opción. Nosotros vivimos desde hace poco en el municipio El Hatillo, entonces estamos en un proceso de investigación y prueba para encontrar nuestros nuevos restaurantes favoritos para próximas salidas familiares. Al inicio teníamos en mente un lugar de Ramen que es nuevo en la zona del Hatillo, pero para nuestra mala suerte justamente cierran los martes. Aun no sabemos la razón, pero imaginamos que se debe a que los fines de semana no les conviene tomarse el día libre, ya que el Hatillo es visitado por muchas personas esos días. Así que aun con ganas de comida estilo asiática decidimos comer sushi, en un lugar muy bonito llamada Kotto Sushi.

Starting the week in a delicious way: eating sushi!!!! Yesterday I went with my family to a beautiful Sushi restaurant, located in El Hatillo. It was a spontaneous idea, we were tired since we started the week in a hectic way, and honestly we didn't feel like cooking and cleaning up after lunch, so we decided that going out would be the best option. We have recently moved to the municipality of El Hatillo, so we are in a process of research and testing to find our new favorite restaurants for our next family outings. At first we had in mind a Ramen place that is new in the Hatillo area, but to our bad luck they are closed on Tuesdays. We still don't know the reason, but we imagine it's because on weekends it's not convenient for them to take the day off, since the Hatillo is visited by many people on those days. So still in the mood for Asian style food we decided to have sushi, at a very nice place called Kotto Sushi.

Para la bebida yo pedí un frappe de limonada con hierva buena (una de mis bebidas favoritas)

El lugar estaba vacío y nos dijeron que eso es porque los primeros días de la semana el hatillo no es muy visitado. Pedimos Tres rolles distintos: Ita, Vikings y Kioto.

Luego del sushi decidimos salir a caminar por la plaza, y dimos con una bella heladería artesanal.

La verdad me encantó haber estado en el Hatillo y poder pasar una tarde haciendo una de las cosas que más disfruto en esta vida : Comer.
Estar en el hatillo me da un aire a nostalgia, solo que aún no sé a qué se debe. Próximamente me tomaré el tiempo de recorrer con más calma sus esquinas y les contaré mi experiencia de una forma más profunda y completa. Sin nada más que agregar me despido y espero que tengan un excelente día.

I really loved being in El Hatillo and being able to spend an afternoon doing one of the things I enjoy most in life: eating.
