Esperando que se se encuentren bien, de nuevo por aquí con una receta muy fácil, ya que es un plato de unos granos muy típico del llano venezolano, son unos Quinchonchos con huesitos Ahumado, ideales para un almuerzo.

▶Quinchonchos
▶Huesitos Ahumados
▶Cebolla
▶Ají
▶Ajo
▶Cebollin
▶Cilantro
▶Yuca

▶Chili

▶Chives

Estos quinchonchos que prepare fueron cosechados en el patio de la casa de mi hermano, este grano se cultiva con facilidad. Nós trajo una bolsa de las vainas y manualmente las desgranamos. Como no estaban frescos, los colocamos la noche anterior a remojar para que al cocinar ablandaran con más facilidad,los cocinamos una hora en olla de presión.

These quinchonchos that I prepared were harvested in the patio of my brother's house, this grain is easily grown. He brought us a bag of pods and we manually shelled them. As they were not fresh, we put them the night before to stir so that when cooking they soften more easily, we cooked them for an hour in a pressure cooker.

Luego de que nuestros granos están blandos, picamos los aliños muy pequeños y se lo agregamos.

After our grains are soft, we chop the dressing very small and add it.

De igual manera le colocamos yuca picadas en trozos pequeños, también puede ser ñame u ocumo. La sal se agrega al gusto.

In the same way we put chopped yucca in small pieces, it can also be yam or ocumo. Salt is added to taste.

Seguidamente se le coloca los Huesitos ahumado y más agua, se lleva a cocinar hasta que estén blandos.
