Hace poco con mis mejores amigos tuvimos la idea de hacer un picnic. Algo que yo quería desde hace mucho, ya que siempre me salían ideas y fotos relacionadas y soñaba con hacer uno.

Recently with my best friends we had the idea of ​​having a picnic. Something that I wanted for a long time, since I always got ideas and related photos and I dreamed of making one.

Para mi suerte logramos ponernos de acuerdo en hacer uno, estábamos muy emocionados y hacíamos listas para todo. Teníamos el lugar y el día.

Luckily for me we managed to agree to do one, we were very excited and made lists for everything. We had the place and the day.

Estábamos planeando llevar el mantel y varias comidas, como pueden ver hicimos algunos sandwiches, galletas, panqueques, pies, e incluso hicimos una torta que decía "besties" (mejores amigos) para disfrutar.

We were planning to bring the tablecloth and various meals, as you can see we made some sandwiches, cookies, pancakes, pies, and even made a cake that said "besties" to enjoy.

Pasamos un buen rato, pues con todo esto de la cuarentena no habíamos podido reunirnos bien. Aún así, ese día faltaron un par de amigos. Pero estoy contenta de que logramos cumplir ese deseo que yo tenía y tomaramos aire fresco mientras comíamos.

We had a good time, because with all this quarantine we had not been able to meet well. Still, a couple of friends were missing that day. But I'm happy that we were able to fulfill that wish that I had and get fresh air while we ate.

También pusimos algo de música y tomamos muchas fotos. Fué agradable ver cómo el parque estaba vacío para después irse llenando poco a poco, pero esto no nos detuvo de seguir con nuestro picnic.

We also put on some music and took a lot of photos. It was nice to see how the park was empty and then fill up little by little, but this did not stop us from continuing with our picnic.

También hubieron regalitos bonitos. Yo hice algunas pulseras para todos. Así que todo se volvió más especial. Vimos muchos perritos que habían sido sacados a pasear, y como amante de los animales, fué algo adorable.

There were also nice gifts. I made some bracelets for everyone. So everything became more special. We saw many puppies that had been taken for a walk, and as an animal lover, it was adorable.

Cómo dije, en estas fechas aunque todo puede ser estresante y el encierro nos provoque tristeza. Animarse a hacer algo un día, tal vez incluso una pequeña reunión contigo mismo así, puede ayudar mucho. Por supuesto, siempre teniendo las medidas de seguridad.
Incluso un señora que pasaba por el parque nos dijo que todo había estado muy lindo. Escuchar eso me hizo feliz.

As I said, on these dates although everything can be stressful and the confinement causes us sadness. Encouraging yourself to do something one day, maybe even a little meeting with yourself like that, can go a long way. Of course, always having the security measures. Even a lady who was passing by the park told us that everything had been very nice. Hearing that made me happy.

Es un día que nunca olvidaré. Espero que se animen a hacer algo parecido con sus amigos. Personalmente es lo más hermoso, fué algo diferente a la rutina de cada uno, incluso a cada salida que normalmente hacíamos, le pusimos originalidad y ánimos, así que todo salió bien.

It is a day that I will never forget. I hope you are encouraged to do something similar with your friends. Personally, it is the most beautiful thing, it was something different from the routine of each one, even at each outing that we normally did, we put originality and encouragement, so everything went well.
