My Actifit Report Card: September 25 2022
I had a good round at the tournament today. I played a round rated around 800 which is just below my rating. I was hoping to play better than my rating but I am happy to have done as well as I did. I ended up winning my division.
There were a couple of embarrassingly bad putts again today, lol, but in general, I was throwing well. I made one throw that looked almost perfect but it hit a log up next to the basket and rolled way down the hill farther away from the basket than where I was throwing it from, lol.
I made another throw from around 150 feet out and put it in the basket just behind a tree. I did not see the basket from where I landed my drive off the tee but got very lucky. I missed my intended line just a bit and was coming in a bit fast and high. If it did not go in the basket there might have been a lot of ground action.
On another hole, I turned a disc a bit too far to the right off the tee and landed under a big tree. When I was looking for my disc I found two other discs under the tree.
The new Volt and _Undertaker discs I found today and my old Volt laying flat on the table for comparison:

I thought there were no numbers on the discs so I took them home. When I got home I saw a barely readable number on the Volt disc. I contacted the owner and they had not thrown a Volt in years and only played the course I found the disc on once.
He called it a "Ghost Disc" and said if I wanted to throw it I could. I can use a spare Volt and this one is a bit heavier at 175 grams and flatter than my disc. I'm interested in seeing how it flies.
The Undertaker disc looks brand new. It is near max weight and the plastic feels nice. I have not thrown a lot of Discraft discs so I'm interested in trying this one out too.
So I found an old "Ghost Disc" near a brand new Undertaker disc on a new moon, lol.

congratulations on your victory in today's tournament and you managed to win in your division even though behind all of that there must be some obstacles but you managed to get through all those obstacles,
hopefully in the future with increasing your experience you will reach the highest point in the tournament you are participating in

I have several friends who live the Volt
I like the Volt for longer appoach throws and windy situations. I might bag a couple of them just in case I forget one on a warm up throw like I did in the past tournaments, lol.
