My Actifit Report Card: October 10 2021
I did lots of driving today but not much else. Just some 🐕 dog walking and carrying things around for the rest of the steps.
The weather was nice for driving with just a bit of snow on the top of one of the passes. There was not enough snow to make the road slick so that was good.

I have a love/hate relationship with snow.
As a child, there was nothing better in winter. Not only did it mean no school, but sledding and snowman building were so amazingly fun.
Then I grew up. LOL ! I detest trying to drive in it, so most times I don't. Fortunately here, we really don't get that many snowstorms that amount to more than a little dusting. Fortunately too for me now, since I work at home, if it snows and there is not power issue, I don't have to take one of my vacation days to keep from driving in it. Just one more thing to love about work from home.

I used to love to go skiing and didn't mind driving in the snow. I haven't done that much lately and not had to drive on slick roads for some time. It does not snow much where I'm at but when it does things kind of shut down.

Yes, up near the summit of the pass, maybe at around 2500 feet. The rest was rain.
Winter sure snuck up on us.
