Eating Like God in Vietnam

I am still far from having tried the whole menu of Noori Restaurant.
That is precisely the aim of my mission.
To eat healthy and varied food with lots of vegetables and to enjoy the last days of a fading, test-free summer.

Unusually, I had a Strawberry Sunkiss, strawberry puree, mint, ginger ale, and something else that I unfortunately forgot. The drink was amazing, I was completely thrilled with it. It doesn't always have to be alcohol.

The duck is super crispy and a real feast. Under the duck, there are top vegetables hidden and the rice with the nice sauce rounds off the taste experience exquisitely.
