3 million DEC is quite a lot you have accumulated.
I too have not sold my DECs although I have thought about it at times.
I'm going to use a small part to boost my card collection but I'm going to hold on to them too.
For Chaos Legion I'm undecided whether to participate or sell the vouchers and buy the packs later when the vouchers are no longer needed.
It will all depend on the value of the vouchers and the card that will be distributed with the airdrop (if it is known in advance).
I wish you to achieve all your goals.

I buy only those cards that look very necessary to add and buy it from market. Very much shunning away from pack openings.
Keep increasing stake look like a good choice as of now.
