Esp/Eng. Cómo incentivarse a símismo. //How to encourage yourself.

Saludos abejas de la colmena de Hive, hoy quisiera compartir con todos ustedes la inmensa satisfacción que siente una madre, cuando ve que sus hijos están haciendo pasibles sus metas. Mi hija mayor a los 21 años, aun estudia su carrera universitaria, gracias a las recompensas de Hive, ella hoy día esta en su último semestre de su carrera, fueron 5 años de mucho sacrificio, pero gracias a Dios y todas la recompensas, que obtenemos entre las dos, los últimos meses hemos podido lograr ahorrar y cumplir con los gastos universitarios.

Greetings Hive bees, today I would like to share with all of you the immense satisfaction that a mother feels when she sees that her children are achieving their goals.
My oldest daughter at 21 years old, is still studying her college career, thanks to the rewards of Hive, today she is in her last semester of her career, it was 5 years of much sacrifice, but thanks to God and all the rewards that we get between the two, the last few months we have been able to save and meet college expenses.

Además de los gastos universitarios, ella con sus ahorros de power down, reunió para comprar su primera licuadora, demostrando que aún en los momentos más difíciles logramos cumplir nuestras metas. Algunas veces suelo sentirme triste 😥 por no cumplir mis metas en Hive, aún no comprendo que debo hacer para obtener la atención de los curadores, muchas veces mi mente está tan agotada, que no logró plasmar las ideas y por lo tanto, dejó de escribir. ✍
A pesar de no haber recibido recompensas durante esta semana, mi alegría y satisfacción de madre, no podía pasar por desapercibida en esta comunidad.
Esta comprobado que las recompensas, refuerzan notablemente el aprendizaje, y por consiguiente el rendimiento será mayor cuanto más intenso sea el esfuerzo. Algunas personas creen que es el dinero la mejor recompensa, pero claramente no es necesario, 🤷 entonces ¿cómo obtenemos esa satisfacción? Con los logros y metas alcanzadas, producto de nuestro esfuerzo.
Es uno mismo ese incentivo, si aprendemos a manejar bien, lograremos un arma poderosa que puede ayudar a corregir esos posibles defectos que con frecuencia nos autorreprochamos sin conseguir desembarazarse de ellos.
Con el pasar de los años podemos sentir frustración, cansancio, acumulado por la rutina, es por esta razón que 🤔 los incentivos suelen ser necesarios para lograr soportar o compensar de algún modo el esfuerzo que se ha realizado.

In addition to college expenses, she with her power down savings, gathered to buy her first blender, proving that even in the most difficult times we manage to accomplish our goals. Sometimes I often feel sad 😥 for not fulfilling my goals in Hive, I still don't understand what I should do to get the attention of the curators, many times my mind is so exhausted, that it failed to capture the ideas and therefore, stopped writing. ✍
Despite not having received rewards during this week, my joy and satisfaction as a mother, could not go unnoticed in this community.
It has been proven that rewards, notably reinforce learning, and therefore performance will be higher the more intense the effort. Some people believe that money is the best reward, but clearly it is not necessary, 🤷 so how do we get that satisfaction? With the achievements and goals reached, product of our effort.
It is oneself that incentive, if we learn to manage well, we will achieve a powerful weapon that can help correct those possible defects that we often self-reproach ourselves without getting rid of them.
Over the years we can feel frustration, fatigue, accumulated by the routine, it is for this reason that 🤔 incentives are often necessary to achieve support or compensate in some way the effort that has been made.

Quizás muchos se digan así mismo, tanto alboroto por una simple licuadora, 💪 pero el esfuerzo y sacrificio que mi hija hace hoy día me demuestra que ella logró comprender que hay prioridades en la vida.
En resumen y para concluir, cada persona tiene sus peculiares incentivos que irán en función de sus gustos y aficiones personales.

Perhaps many will say to themselves, so much fuss for a simple blender, 💪 but the effort and sacrifice that my daughter makes today shows me that she managed to understand that there are priorities in life.
In summary and to conclude, each person has his or her peculiar incentives that will go according to his or her personal tastes and hobbies.
