¡Hola! Espero que estén muy bien. Sé que he estado algo desaparecido por acá, pero han sido dos semanas de locura. Primero, por estar trabajando en el álbum de MHA que tanto les he comentado en otras publicaciones. También estuve mezclando algunas cosas paralelas de él y otras cosas chéveres, como el último video que subió @melitzamusic en 3speak, que pueden ver ACÁ. Además, también me encuentro con un problema en uno de los discos duros donde guardo mis fotos y otras cosas de trabajo, lo que ha hecho que no pueda seguir editando algunas publicaciones que tenía pendientes de compartirles. Espero pronto retomarlas y compartirlas por acá.

El día de hoy les traigo una de mis actividades favoritas en la actualidad: ir a comer sushi con mi increíble @melitzamusic, jaja. Yo no era amante del sushi, pero después de que Meli me dio a probar uno de estos, no hubo vuelta atrás.

Nosotros tenemos la costumbre de pedir el Yonaguni Roll para Meli y el Tropical Crunchy Roll para mí. El Yonaguni Roll es un roll empanizado relleno de queso crema, cebollín, cangrejo tempurizado, salmón ahumado, pescado blanco, aguacate, una mezcla de camarones con tope de cangrejo (cangrejo tempurizado, mayonesa y un toque de salsa fuji). Y el Tropical Crunchy Roll es un roll envuelto en plátano maduro, con arroz, salmón crunchy, cebollín, queso crema, aguacate, con tope de salmón crunchy, nueces en salsa tártara, dinamita y anguila. Viene con 5 rollos crunchy y 5 tempurizados.

Realmente no me canso y no decepciona para nada. También tenemos la costumbre de intercambiarnos algunos rolls, pero en esta oportunidad decidimos solo compartirnos un par, ya que ambos somos muy fans de los que elegimos para cada uno. A mí me gusta más el Tropical Crunchy Roll y a Meli le gusta más el Yonaguni, jaja. Mejor para ambos porque realmente quedamos llenos y satisfechos. No sé si es mi caso especial, pero si alguien no ha probado sushi y quiere empezar, creo que estas son las mejores opciones. Son muy ricos y si no fuera por estos, no me habría adentrado en este mundo del sushi.

Ahora, a pesar de nuestra tradición, nos llama mucho la atención probar uno llamado Explosión Roll que vimos hace poco. Esperemos que esa sea la próxima publicación de sushi que tengamos, jaja.

🍣 Our favorite sushi so far! 🍣

Hello! I hope you're doing well. I know I've been a bit absent around here, but it's been two weeks of craziness. First, working on the MHA album that I've mentioned so much in other posts. I've also been mixing some parallel things from him and other cool stuff, like the latest video posted by @melitzamusic on 3speak, which you can check out HERE. Additionally, I'm dealing with an issue on one of the hard drives where I store my photos and other work-related things. This has prevented me from continuing to edit some posts that I had pending to share with you. I hope to resume and share them here soon.

Today, I bring you one of my current favorite activities: going out to eat sushi with my incredible @melitzamusic, haha. I wasn't a sushi lover, but after Meli had me try one of these, there was no turning back.

We have the habit of ordering the Yonaguni Roll for Meli and the Tropical Crunchy Roll for myself. The Yonaguni Roll is a breaded roll filled with cream cheese, chives, tempura crab, smoked salmon, white fish, avocado, a shrimp mixture with a crab topping (tempura crab, mayonnaise, and a touch of Fuji sauce). And the Tropical Crunchy Roll is a roll wrapped in ripe plantain, with rice, crunchy salmon, chives, cream cheese, avocado, topped with crunchy salmon, nuts in tartar sauce, dynamite, and eel. It comes with 5 crunchy rolls and 5 tempura rolls.

I truly never get tired of it, and it never disappoints. We also have the habit of sharing some rolls, but this time we decided to share only a couple, as we both are big fans of the ones we choose for ourselves. I prefer the Tropical Crunchy Roll more, and Meli prefers the Yonaguni more, haha. Better for both of us, as we really end up feeling full and satisfied. I'm not sure if it's just my special case, but if someone hasn't tried sushi and wants to start, I think these are the best options. They are really delicious, and if it weren't for these, I wouldn't have delved into this world of sushi.

Now, despite our tradition, we're very intrigued to try one called the Explosion Roll that we saw recently. Hopefully, that will be our next sushi post, haha.
