Saludos y bendiciones mis amigos Hivers. He estado algo ocupada en variadas actividades que de alguna u otra manera no me habían permitido concentrarme en un contenido especial para compartir en la comunidad de Holos&Lotus, pero aquí estoy haciéndome presente para en este día otorgar unas líneas en base a "Cuatro condiciones para tener un buen carácter".
Greetings and blessings my Hivers friends. I have been somewhat busy in various activities that in one way or another had not allowed me to concentrate on special content to share in the Holos&Lotus community, but here I am making myself present to give a few lines on this day based on "Four conditions to have a good character."
El carácter es parte esencial de la personalidad de cada quien, ya que comprende el conjunto de disposiciones a nivel psicológico y de comportamientos habitual, regido de inteligencia y voluntad; donde la individualidad personal es lo que hace que marque la diferencia entre los demás. El hombre y la mujer son responsables de su carácter y ¿qué quiero decirles con esto? Que cada uno de nosotros tenemos la capacidad de poder modificar esos elementos que influyen o logran pesar sobre este, lo que nos puede llevar a adoptar medios para corregir o potenciar sus disposiciones básicas. Por ello, este es un tópico que en el día de hoy me ha interesado en compartirles.
Character is an essential part of each person's personality, since it includes the set of psychological dispositions and habitual behaviors, governed by intelligence and will; where personal individuality is what makes the difference between others. Man and woman are responsible for their character and what do I want to tell them with this? That each of us has the ability to modify those elements that influence or influence it, which can lead us to adopt means to correct or enhance its basic dispositions. Therefore, this is a topic that I was interested in sharing with you today.
Las cuatro condiciones para tener un buen carácter: / The four conditions to have a good character:
1- Tener una conciencia clara / 1- Have a clear conscience
Esto se refiere a distinguir muy bien entre lo que es malo y que como individuos no podemos hacer, así como aquello que es realmente bueno y debemos hacer y practicar. ¿Cómo podemos obtener esto te preguntarás? A través de examinarse uno mismo en cuanto a lo que ha dicho, hecho o pensado y preguntarnos si eso habrá estado bien, si ha sido útil para ti y para otros. Una persona de mal carácter tiende a no examinarse su conciencia y algo que los caracteriza también es el hecho de "certificarse como personas de buena conducta", ya que no admiten sus fallas.
This refers to distinguishing very well between what is bad and what we as individuals cannot do, as well as what is really good and we should do and practice. How can we get this you ask? Through examining yourself in terms of what you have said, done or thought and asking ourselves if that was good, if it was useful for you and for others. 2- Tener una voluntad firme / 2- Have a firm will
Para tener una voluntad firme es importante que entendamos que no podemos ser como una caña que se ladea para donde va el viento, en dirección de este. Si en la vida nos proponemos hacer algo bueno, debemos acccionarnos en hacerlo; por otro lado, si se propone evitar algo que es malo, que puede perjudicarte a ti como a otros de tu entorno, deja de hacerlo aunque otros chillen o se molesten.
To have a firm will, it is important that we understand that we cannot be like a reed that tilts where the wind goes, in its direction. If in life we set out to do something good, we must act on doing it; On the other hand, if you intend to avoid something that is bad, that can harm you as well as others around you, stop doing it even if others scream or get upset.
3- Tener un corazón bondadoso / 3- Have a kind heart
Referirnos a la bondad puede ser descrita o conceptualizada mejor en base a ejemplos que con definiciones; esta se atribuye a la cualidad de ser bueno, de inclinarnos humanamente a hacer el bien, ser compasivo, benigno, benevolente, piadoso, atento, considerado y servicial. Constando de esos sentimientos de compasión y los motivos de nuestro corazón, que a su vez nos hace mejores personas con gran calidad humana. Es importante aclarar que quien realmente es bondadoso no tiene favoritismo, es bondadoso con todos; se compadece con los que sufren, de los pobres y de los débiles. Un corazón que no anda por allí buscando basuritas en los ojos de los demás olvidándose de la viga que lleva en los suyos.

4- Tener modales simpáticos / 4- Have friendly manners
Te menciono algunos ejemplos a aplicar en la vida en relación a este punto: Llevar siempre un rostro agradable y sonriente, saludar antes de que nos saluden, hacer siempre el bien, aprender el nombre de los demás, dar siempre las gracias, mencionar las cualidades y éxitos de los demás, estar presente en fechas y momentos especiales de otras personas de tu entorno, escuchar con verdadero interés lo que la otra persona nos dice, no criticar destructivamente, no gritar, ceder el puesto del bus, entre otros.
I mention some examples to apply in life in relation to this point: Always have a pleasant and smiling face, greet before being greeted, always do good, learn the names of others, always say thank you, mention the qualities and successes of others, be present on special dates and moments of other people around you, listen with true interest to what the other person tells us, do not criticize destructively, do not shout, give up your seat on the bus, among others.
