Hola mis amigos de Hive y Holos-lotus me alegra saludarles y compartir un tema en este día con ustedes como lo es: "El banco de la memoria". En un banco financiero podemos depositar nuestro dinero y allí se encuentra guardado y administrado; así mismo, nosotros como individuos tenemos un lugar donde quedan almacenados muchos hechos y situaciones de nuestra existencia y ese es el punto a profundizar hoy con ustedes mis estimados lectores en estas líneas.
Hello my friends from Hive and Holos-lotus, I am happy to greet you and share a theme on this day with you: "The memory bank". In a financial bank we can deposit our money and there it is stored and managed; likewise, we as individuals have a place where many facts and situations of our existence are stored and that is the point to deepen today with you my esteemed readers in these lines.
En nuestro diario vivir cada uno de nosotros tropezamos con situaciones que podemos decir son colmadas de estorbo y desalientos, con algo de aflicciones, decepciones, engaños, traiciones, confusiones, decisiones no acertadas o incorrectas, relaciones no convenientes tanto en el plano amoroso, como en el de amistades, negocios, entre otros... Las personas que son completamente enfocadas en la negatividad piensan en esas circunstancias al levantarse, al acostarse, en todo tiempo y momento su pensar se inclina hacia estas cosas. Ponen en su habitación mental todo lo concerniente a pensamientos tristes y negativos, ese es el centro de sus vidas y lo que puede hallarse depositado en el banco de su memoria, es lo que allí suena como su música y en lo que su mente danza al ritmo de estas.
In our daily life each one of us stumbles upon situations that we can say are full of hindrance and discouragement, with some afflictions, disappointments, deceit, betrayals, confusion, unsuccessful or incorrect decisions, unsuitable relationships both in love and as in friendships, business, among others... People who are completely focused on negativity think about those circumstances when they get up, when they go to bed, at all times and at all times their thinking leans towards these things. They put everything related to sad and negative thoughts in their mental room, that is the center of their lives and what can be found deposited in the bank of their memory, is what sounds like their music there and in which their mind dances to the rhythm of these.
En ocasiones dentro del repertorio mental de escena desagradables y que tienden a volver entre tanto pensarlas y pensarlas, se tornan exageradamente trágicas presentándolas en su diario vivir, siendo notorias en algunas áreas de la vida de cada persona. Estos pensamientos en el banco de nuestra memoria solo traen consigo un desgaste innecesario, dañando nuestro motor mental, frustrando,haciéndonos sentir inferiores, depresivos y con baja autoestima.
Sometimes within the mental repertoire of unpleasant scenes and that tend to come back in the meantime to think and think about them, they become exaggeratedly tragic, presenting them in their daily lives, being notorious in some areas of each person's life. These thoughts in our memory bank only bring unnecessary wear and tear, damaging our mental engine, frustrating, making us feel inferior, depressed and with low self-esteem.
Las personas que no están fijadas en lo mal que les pudo pasar, piensan de manera diferente siendo positivos buscando en cada momento esos pensamientos que les traiga para sí confianza, fortaleza, felicidad, estos procuran buscar en el banco de sus memoria esas experiencias de carácter placentero, los agradables que inclinan a sentirte animado y lleno de alegría.
People who are not fixed on how bad it could have happened to them, think differently, being positive, looking at every moment for those thoughts that bring them confidence, strength, happiness, they try to search the bank of their memory for those experiences of character. pleasant, the pleasant ones that incline to feel animated and full of joy.
La pregunta a todo esto es... ¿Cómo están sus pensamientos? ¿Cómo está el banco de tu memoria? Si la respuestas es que te encuentras inclinado a lo negativo es hora de realizar una limpieza y comenzar a limpiar de todo pesimismo, desanimo, apatía y comenzar a programarnos a pensar de otra manera, a lo opuesto, todo lo direccionado a lo agradable y que genere paz por tu salud y bienestar.
