Hello friends Hivers and Family & Friends pleasure to greet you and be able with great affection to share what I lived yesterday from early hours of the morning, until the afternoon, celebrating the 5th anniversary of the Give a Smile Foundation, in which I am part helping children in the community of Barrio Bolívar, in the city of Maracaibo, Zulia state, Venezuela. We face the harsh situation by providing hope, education, values and a plate of food to children with situations of extreme need who come to this place.

I haven't really been inside the foundation for long, nor has my brother Leo, but the months we have been inside it has allowed us to give grace what we have received by grace. Go the days that there is a dining room to attend to the children of that sector and to be able to offer classes of Spanish, mathematics and other subjects, since some do not study and others are very backward in terms of education since their parents at home do not reinforce what is given in school; sowing values and good habits, as well as the word of God is a blessing for their lives in such difficult times and where society is degraded by various factors that occur in the family bosom of many homes. We have risen as active entities joining in this foundation to provide love to those who need it.

We are an organization where we all support each other together, being in solidarity with others. Giving smiles, food, clothes and medical care. Raised in this time as a movement where we all together help people. And so, it is 5 years since this vision was created planted in the heart of the president of this, Jhohandris Polo; Today we team up with him and others to extend our hand in tender compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness to help, bless and create a space for change in society.

I tell you that the morning featured the presentation of a video with an audiovisual summary of the work that has been done, special guests who gave melody to the morning through songs of jubilation, adoration in the voice of the band Vino Nuevo and urban Christian music with the presentation of Generación Willy.

A special recognition was given to a woman who has been in this time as a planter, giving her constant contribution to the success of the dining room of the foundation and to be able to feed approximately 60 to 65 children who attend Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays to be served within this plan. On the other hand, the Pastor and evangelist Moisés Castillo was present giving a word of blessing. To close the event as such, the Pastor and Psalmist Manuel Ayala "The Maestro" made an appearance, singing his songs full of joy.

A cheerful and emotional morning, brightly decorated and with delicious desserts, snacks and food. At the end of the activity and saying goodbye to everyone we took the opportunity to take some pictures and we stayed as a team having lunch and talking a little, as well as active in the next to execute to continue helping in the community and those who need it.

Being part of this is something that fills my heart and from which I learn something new at every opportunity for my growth as a person. Turning 5 years old can be said easy but they have been moments of many challenges from the moment the Regala una Sonrisa Foundation was founded without having absolutely nothing, a challenge from then until now those of us who are within this team facing, believing in the promises of God to see amazing results. They have been gratifying moments serving with passion and dedication for the benefit of the most needy; where we see in the faces happy children, grateful parents and a community full of hope. Today we can say and shout with one voice: "More than smiles, we cause miracles."
