¡An incredible march!
Greetings my Hivers friends and from Weekend Experiences, I hope you are feeling very well and are having very pleasant moments in your lives to share with all the readers of this community. I want to share with you something that happened yesterday in my country "Venezuela", the great day awaited for the "Great March for Jesus" arrived, an event that takes place on October 12th simultaneously throughout the nation to fill the people of hope through the love of Christ.
We took a bus to the place, at three in the afternoon we had to be at the site to support the great walk. Meanwhile I watched the streets from the window and took some photographs. When we got there, a truck from our church was being decorated with the evangelism material that I sent them; which I use in some activities to refer to the moment and activity.
Going out at 3 in the afternoon in our city is something hard since the sun is inclement, there is a reason it is called "the city of the beloved sun" and lately with the heat wave, Wow! Not easy but we did it! It was approximately 4 kilometers to travel, we left from Avenida 5 of El Milagro at the Intercontinental Hotel to Avenida Libertador on the Malecón, "To the center of Maracaibo", a commercial and tourist point of our city, where there are large numbers of people who converge. and merchants, added to all of us who fill the streets. The afternoon was also flooded with the striking tricolor of our flag "yellow, blue and red" and mostly the white of the t-shirts of those attending this event that took place at the same time in all the states of Venezuela.
It has truly been a wonderful experience that I have been part of for two years and working on mobilizing the people of our church to that place together with my brother Leo, since we are the evangelists of the house, active in being participants and witnesses of an event that celebrates unity, faith and hope in a country that for years has had difficult things like Venezuela, but in the midst of the difficulty we still remain believing that a great change will come.
In the middle of the walk we met a paternal cousin who was also on it and it was a pleasure to be able to greet him, hug him and quickly take a photo with him, along with a friend who was accompanying him that afternoon.
Once we had completed the journey full of prayers for reasons such as the health of this land, the economy, the public and private sector, for changes for the better, for time of restitution and retribution for Venezuela, we arrived at the center of Maracaibo where a large platform was waiting for the town, with lights and sound, as well as worship and dances that were presented.
It was something of great impact and magnitude for the nation where 23 states, 335 municipalities and the 1136 parishes of our beautiful country, each one was gathered from their states in the same feeling and vision to worship God for this country and even for those of the world. whole. Where more than 5 million Venezuelans mobilized in this great event. I want to make a point to close this content, no matter how difficult the path may be, continue believing that ahead there is something in favor, every time your nation goes through a difficult situation, raise a prayer, be a light for changes and transformations in this, since It is the land that has been given to you to be born, inhabit, grow and even that of your generations.
Faith knows no defeat, it grows and is strengthened in difficulty
