~ Caged ~

Greetings pupil.

Medical exams surely does not have a proper schedule like we used to have back in the school days. I am not sure if anyone would agree with me but being the victim myself I have nothing more to say. Sometimes I feel caged. Well this is one such emotion that most of you feel when you are unable to do what you want to. The definition of the term "caged" is to be restricted to the point that you are unable to act freely.

Not everything in life will have options for you to choose from, so the concept of caged cannot be applied. Interestingly, the fixed situations are the ones which trigger us more to inquire the existence of choice in it. Sometimes we are lucky to figure a way out and sometimes we hit the wall. Options are for powerful people and in this regard no one can prove me wrong.

As a child I used to hear that only powerful and rich people have opportunities to choose from, average people like us are not here for a luxury living but we are here for a caged lifestyle. Small dreams with hope tags all over it. How many of us are initiators and how many of us are followers? We have less creators and more followers. That is why powerful people and rich people are the ones who can cage us.

Now the more I speak, the more I will be sounding rough and that would hamper the mood, so I will take a turn and ask instead, when and why did you ever feel caged?

I am not the type of person who would volunteer and speak in a crowded room if not initiated by anyone, so even though I am hearing a lot of things I will not voice out. So, when I am being forced into stuffs because I am rumored to be the silent type, I feel caged. I can neither speak my mind out to those people nor am I able to deal with what I am being forced to accept, so I feel caged.

In those moments, I sit back and watch anime to drive my mind away from the feeling of being caged. I have thousand manga's that I am reading write now and people often question how do I manage to remember the story and characters, but I just do. When you focus in something, you can do so much more, only you can appreciate and know if you execute. For escaping from the feeling of being caged, I chose ignorance and by doing so I keep myself out of many issues.

So, for people like me, ignorance is a bliss. Being caged is not a feeling a human is supposed to experience. We are free beings, having the ability to think, process and use our brain to function, use our judgement from right and wrong, use our intellectuality to survive. So, can we be caged?

A free mind will always find out a way to be free and that is only natural. So, anytime you feel caged, do not sit ideal and feel gloomy, if you cannot help your present self survive through the situation take it slowly, you will not have to accept it but take it slowly and know that you will one day make out of it all. If you are not like me, introvert, go ahead and take stand to change it all. And, if you are introvert like me, know your circle, deal with them and teach them that they can teach others. One day, the ones in power will know the right thing to do and they will do it.
