Before my baby is always with me even if I want to work I have to back him because if I leave him alone within some period of time he will start crying.
But lately, I noticed that I can now leave him alone for as long as 30 minutes without worrying.
I think he have started seen himself as a separate individual for the first time and started to play independently. Playing by himself will also helps to strengthen his identity. While my baby entertains himself, it gets me a few minutes to do a chore, taking my bath, eating, or just to relax.
Though, it's not everytime that I always have the chance to engage in quality play with my kid. At the moments when i need to cook, get some work done, or have a brief moment alone.
It's really not easy to play with the kids everytime but the time I play with him I'd more than the time I don't, so he learned a little from it and use it when he find himself lonely.
There is a day I left him inside sleeping and I was rushing to do my house chores before he wakes up not until I heard him talking the language I don't understand and giggling, when I take a peek at him, I was happy seeing my baby playing. If I put him on the bed I won't meet at him at the spot I left him all in the name of playing.
At times I felt guilty of leaving him by himself but if I enter and met him playing I will have to step in and play with him and I always make sure I left him in a safe and healthy way.

Thanks for checking on my blog and have a wonderful day
