My Actifit Report Card: August 26 2022

Not getting many steps in today as I sit waiting for the car to be valeted.

I could go and walk outside but this place is in the middle of nowhere and it's hotter than hell and looking like rain. Just what you need when you've just had the car cleaned.

Friday already today and it's been a long week and will be a an even longer weekend with all the cases on Saturday and Sunday.

Back to Samui next week for some fresh air and work on the house so a long drive overnight to look forward to on Sunday.

Grumpy as fuck if I'm honest. Have a great weekend everyone :-)
