REPARACIÓN DE BRAZO DE RETRO EXCAVADORA / BACKHOE LOADER ARM REPAIR

Saludos amigos de esta comunidad de @hivemotors estoy tratando de sacar tiempo para publicar, mi trabajo actual es de 48 horas por 48 horas, ósea estoy dos días seguidos en mi trabajo y dos días en mi hogar, es un poco agotador, pero me decidí un día trabajar aquí en mi país como si estuviera en el extranjero.

Pero con todo esto aún el dinero que género no es suficiente, por ello debes en cuando trabajo de ayudante en algún taller en mi tiempo libre, en esta ocasión me tocó trabajar con mi maquina más consentida, una Retro excavadora marca CASE 580K, suelo decir que ella es lo máximo, es como el Tiranosaurio Rex, es el rey de los dinosaurios, así es para mí esta máquina, la mejor de todas.

But with all this, even the money I have is not enough, so you have to work as an assistant in a workshop in my spare time, this time I had to work with my favorite machine, a Retro excavator CASE 580K, I usually say that it is the best, it is like the Tyrannosaurus Rex, it is the king of the dinosaurs, so for me this machine is the best of all.

Fue llevada a reparación por una fisura en la pala mecánica que se ocasiono por tanto tiempo de uso continuo, al llegar presentaba mucho oxido y decoloración en su totalidad, es una máquina de aproximadamente 27 años de fabricación, ellas por lo general quedan a la intemperie y esto las va desgastando progresivamente.

Para comenzar esta reparación se debió sacar los pasadores que sostienen el brazo mecánico y luego el que sostiene la pala, así quedo libre y fácil de manipular y posicionar la fisura para su reparación.

It was taken to repair due to a crack in the mechanical shovel that was caused by so much time of continuous use, upon arrival it presented much rust and discoloration in its entirety, it is a machine of approximately 27 years of manufacture, they are usually left outdoors and this wears them out progressively.

To begin this repair, the pins that hold the mechanical arm and then the one that holds the shovel had to be removed, so it was free and easy to manipulate and position the crack for repair.

Primero desprendimos el brazo / First we detach the arm

En el taller se dedicaron a reparar la fisura, esmerilaron los lados oxidados y rellenaron con electrodos, luego se pintó el brazo completo (esto lo realice yo, tengo conocimientos de pintura con compresor y utilice color negro) y esto le dio vida a esta vieja máquina, la cual ha batallado mucho durante su tiempo de vida útil.

In the workshop they repaired the crack, ground the rusty sides and filled with electrodes, then the whole arm was painted (this was done by me, I have knowledge of painting with a compressor and I used black) and this gave life to this old machine, which has struggled a lot during its useful life.

El dueño de la maquina no cuenta con el presupuesto necesario para pintarla toda, sin embargo, el dueño del taller trato de convencerlo de hacer la inversión, por ello hizo una demostración de cómo quedaría, allí pinte de amarillo una parte, pero no surtió efecto, el dueño de la Retro excavadora se limitó a decir que la economía no está dando lo necesario para invertir en embellecimiento, solo se necesita la operatividad y ya con eso para él es suficiente.

The owner of the machine does not have the budget to paint it all, however, the owner of the workshop tried to convince him to make the investment, so he made a demonstration of how it would look, there painted yellow part, but had no effect, the owner of the Retro excavator simply said that the economy is not giving the necessary to invest in beautification, only the operation is needed and that for him is enough.

Bueno amigos espero les guste mi post, para mi estar en la realización de todo esto es como estar en un salón de clases, aprendiendo cosas nuevas e inesperadas, en las fotografías se ve paso a paso y sencillo, pero no lo es, fueron dos días de trabajo arduo.
