Still Here Still Life Oil Pastels

Hello, how are you? I've been missing drawing using my oil pastel, so I decided to draw again, and I already miss the still life weekly challenge, so I decided to draw all of their challenges whenever I can, so as I remember, I only draw some of their challenges.

Time To Draw!

On a blank piece of paper, I use gray pastel to draw the sketch of the still life.

Then I start outlining in detail the still life using their respective colors, and then I add a map to show where the shadows are.

This time, I start layering inside the outline, but I do it lightly so that I can layer it again when needed.

Next, I added a layer of darker shades.

---

I decided to color the background so that I can adjust the shadows highlight to the still life.

Then I draw the shadow of the still life.

---

It is on its way to looking like a still life.

Using this scratch tool, I added texture and highlights simultaneously.

I follow what my heart says. I like the texture, it gives a unique twist to the drawing.
