Cooking Blog: Ginisang Ampalaya, Tomatoes and Eggs

Hello, how are you? I didn't know until recently that I think I have an allergy to dust and vehicle smoke after we got home from the cemetery. Out of the blue, my nose clogged the day after, and it is so annoying, and the moment I change position while sleeping, the other nostril clogs, LOL.
So yeah, I thought my brother was the one who was going to cook for our dinner, but her took a nap, and that is the only sign I needed to cook for our dinner.
So I looked inside our fridge, and we still have vegetables that are not cook yet and to avoid wasting them and get bad I am just going to cook it so what I am going to cook tonight is ginisang ampalay with tomatoes and eggs.
Ingredients I Used:
Ingredients I Used:
- cooking oil
- water
- salt
- garlic
- ampalaya
- all-in-one seasoning
- red onion
- tomatoes
- fish sauce
- ground pepper
- 4 eggs
Let's Cook!
Let's Cook!
In a pot, I add ampalaya and pour in water enough to drown it.
Then I added a teaspoon of salt and boil it until the change color. Wash off with water and set aside for later.
In a pan, I added about three tablespoons of cooking oil, and then I sautéed the garlic and red onion until the aroma came out.
Add the tomatoes next and I cook it until the texture change into mushy that way it can give color and unique flavor to the dish.
Add the boiled ampalaya earlier, and I cook it for just a minute and mix everything until well combined.
Add about a teaspoon of fish sauce and let it seep into the tomatoes and ampalaya.
Add ground black pepper. I added a few dashes of it.
Add the beaten eggs, and season it with a little bit of all-in-one seasoning of your choice.
Mix everything until well combined, and then until the egg is completely scrambled and solidified.
Serve hot and plated.
Happy eating! :D
