Apple Gloom Handmade Clay Keychain. The Last Gloom For This Month

Hello, how are you? July days are too fast. I remembered that I just celebrated my birthday, but in a few days, August is coming. That is why I feel so down lately. My month is going to end soon LOL.
And this is the last Gloom I am going to make, and I am planning on doing chibi next month, and I am so excited about that, but recently I am so busy with my oil pastels that my clay materials are waiting for me to use them LOL.
As I said, this is my last Gloom this month, so I have to do Apple Gloom today.
Materials I Used:
- Polymer Clay
- Weighing Scale
- Needle Tool
- Dotting Tool
- X- Acto Knife
- Metal Ball
- UV Resin
- UV Lamp
- Nail Polish Brush
- Disposable Gloves
- Mask
- Acrylic Stamping Block
- Soft Pastels
- Brush
- Eyepin
- Oven
- Pliers
- Keychain
Craft Time!
Condition the clay by kneading it by hand and rolling it around my palm until the outer part of it is smooth.
Then I added the part where the leaves and stem are. I used a metal ball for that.
For the place I am going to put the head of Gloom. I made a dent using the same metal ball.
For the stem, I use a brown shade of clay and then roll it into a thin line and cut it to the size I wanted, and then put that on top.
And for the leaves, I use a green shade of clay, shape it into a leaf, and use a needle tool to add texture to it.
For the head, I use a skin-tone clay, condition and shape it until the texture is smooth.
Then put that head onto the apple I made.
Using the dotting tool, I made a map of the part of the face.
I added the eyes. By rolling a dark brown shade of clay.
I do the same on the eyebrows.
I use a pinkish pastel for the nose, shape it into a triangle, and put it on the face.
And then cut the bottom part to make a nose shape using an X-Acto knife.
For the lips, I rolled a very thin line of clay and then cut the size I wanted, and then I added it one by one to the face.
I added blush by using soft pastels and applying it with a brush.
Then I added an eyepin.
Bake the clay and then let it cool.
To make the clay protected and glossy. I use UV resin, and then I apply it using the nail polish brush.
Cure it under a UV Lamp for a few minutes.
To add the keychain, I put the jump ring into the eyepin and lock it using pliers.
Apple Gloom Clay Keychain! I hope you like it!
