[ESP-ENG] Arroz con leche Venezolano 😛 Venezuelan rice pudding

Hola a toda mi Familia de Hive. DIOS les bendiga a todos grandemente. Hoy les traigo un dulce tĂ­pico de mi PaĂ­s Venezuela. Nada menos que el arroz con leche para deleitarnos el paladar.

Hello to all my Hive Family. GOD bless you all greatly. Today I bring you a typical sweet of my country Venezuela. Nothing less than rice pudding to delight our palate.

Esta receta es muy econĂłmica y fĂĄcil de preparar. SĂłlo con pocos ingredientes.

This recipe is very economical and easy to prepare. Only a few ingredients are needed.

A continuaciĂłn procedo con los ingredientes a utilizar:

I will now proceed with the ingredients to be used:

  • 2 Tazas de arroz.
  • 1 litro de leche lĂ­quida.
  • 2 Tazas de azĂșcar.
  • Canela en polvo y en Palo.
  • Vainilla al gusto.
  • Litro y medio de agua.
  • pizca de sal.
  • 2 cups of rice.
  • 1 liter of liquid milk.
  • 2 cups of sugar.
  • Cinnamon powder and stick.
  • Vanilla to taste.
  • Liter and a half of water.
  • Pinch of salt.

Paso 1:

Colocamos el arroz, el agua y la canela en polvo en una olla en la cocina. A fuego mi mĂ­nimo. Mientras tanto vamos removiendo evitando que se pegue.

Step 1:

Place the rice, water and cinnamon powder in a pot on the stove. To fire my minimum. In the meantime we are stirring avoiding that it sticks.

Paso 2:

Una vez cocido el arroz procedemos a agregar la leche lĂ­quida,conjuntamente con la azĂșcar y la pizca de sal . Vamos removiendo seguidamente sin dejar pegar.

Step 2:

Once the rice is cooked, add the liquid milk, together with the sugar and the pinch of salt. We are stirring continuously without letting it stick.

Paso 3:

Al paso de 10 minutos se le agrega la vainilla y seguimos removiendo constantemente por 15 minutos mĂĄs. Una vez pasado este tiempo de cocciĂłn se procede a servir el arroz en un bold, se vierte canela en polvo y se lleva al refrigerador por 40 minutos aproximadamente.

Step 3:

After 10 minutes add the vanilla and continue stirring constantly for 15 minutes more. Once this cooking time is over, serve the rice in a bold, pour cinnamon powder and put it in the refrigerator for approximately 40 minutes.

Paso 4:

Se saca de la nevera para degustar de este rico dulce venezolano.

Step 4:

Take it out of the refrigerator to enjoy this delicious Venezuelan sweet.
