Un saludo a ti lector amante de la comida, hoy traje una receta muy fácil de hacer, con pocos ingredientes y perfecta para prepararle algo con un toque especial a la visita, merendar con galleta o calentar el cuerpo en un día frió.

Les traigo una bebida de chocolate caliente al estilo Melao´s Melena con un sabor intenso, único y fresco, así como todas las recetas que les he compartido.

Esta bebida me parece ideal porque tiene ingredientes de económico y fácil acceso ademas que acaba con ese antojo de comerte un pedazo de chocolate.

1 litro de leche liquida
50 g de cacao en polvo
150 g de azúcar
25 g de fécula de maíz
1 cucharada de fase instantáneo
½ cucharada de canela en polvo

Tamiza el cacao en polvo con la ayuda de un colador y reserva.
Coloque en una olla: la leche, la fécula de maíz, el azúcar, el cacao en polvo tamizado, la canela y el café instantáneo. mezcle con un batidor de mano hasta formar una mezcla homogénea.
Leve la mezcla a fuego medio y mueva constantemente preferiblemente con paleta de silicona para evitar que el chocolate se pegue al fondo de la olla .
En este momento debido al calor, el cacao en polvo se diluirá y progresivamente el chocolate espesará.

Una vez espeso, con la textura deseada, retire del fuego y sirva caliente en un taza

I bring you a hot chocolate drink Melao's Melena style with an intense, unique and fresh flavor, just like all the recipes I have shared with you.

This drink seems ideal to me because it has ingredients that are inexpensive and easy to access, and it also puts an end to that craving for a piece of chocolate.

1 liter of liquid milk
50 g cocoa powder
150 g sugar
25 g corn starch
1 tablespoon of instant phase
½ tablespoon cinnamon poder

Sift the cocoa powder through a sieve and set aside.
Place in a saucepan: milk, cornstarch, sugar, sifted cocoa powder, cinnamon and instant coffee. mix with a whisk until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
Stir the mixture over medium heat and stir constantly, preferably with a silicone paddle to prevent the chocolate from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
At this point, due to the heat, the cocoa powder will be diluted and the chocolate will gradually thicken.

Once thickened to the desired texture, remove from heat and serve hot in a cup
