Hola amigos de "Be Entrepreneur", es un placer pasarme por acá nuevamente, en esta ocasión quise hacer mención sobre la calidad en lo que hacemos, independientemente de si somos o no una gran corporación.

Como clientes nos hemos topado con miles de productos durante nuestra vida, muchos de ellos con previo ofrecimiento, esto puede generar idealizaciones tanto positivas como negativas, todo depende del producto o servicio que se ofrezca, la forma en que se lo ofrezca y los muchos estándares positivos que se le atribuyan al mismo, ya que todos estos detalles traerán posibles compradores.

Ahora bien, ya que el producto es conocido al sólo punto de que sepan su existencia entonces llega la hora de entregar a aquellos compradores, y es aquí donde muchas veces nos encontramos con que todo aquel revuelo de que el producto ofrecido se vuelve un problema debido a que no se entregó aquella calidad previamente prometida.

Sin embargo, esto dependerá siempre de la perspectiva de cada quien e incluso de su personalidad, puede que algunos clientes no le tomen importancia y otros si, aún así es nuestro trabajo esforzarnos por dar lo mejor de nosotros en nuestros productos o servicios, aunque sea un poco difícil, sobre todo cuando se inicia desde cero. Así mismo, si ya tenemos un buen producto que sea satisfactorio, nuestro trabajo será mantener esa calidad e incluso mejorar.

Presentar productos y servicios de calidad trae diversos beneficios, entre ellos podemos mencionar los siguientes:

• Nos lleva a la mejora constante, lo que es más fácil sobre todo cuando iniciamos con un buen punto de partida.✅
• Menos quejas o incluso devoluciones. ✅
• Generará confianza lo que a su vez buenos cometarios, posteriormente buenas referencias y potenciales clientes. ✅
• También brindará una imagen positiva al negocio (es lo que buscamos los nuevos emprendedores).✅

A lo largo de mi emprendimiento me he esforzado por realizar un buen trabajo y también lo he sabido de mis clientes y aunque en ocasiones me he visto agotada sigo dando lo mejor de mí para que esa calidad se mantenga. Aunque es cierto que es muy difícil complacer a todos, también está en nosotros realizar un buen trabajo y que lo reconozcamos para si estar seguros de lo que ofrecemos.

Sé que en la plataforma hay muchos que se esfuerzan cada día por dar lo mejor en sus proyectos y los motivo a que sigan haciendo un buen trabajo. Para finalizar, sé que existe mucha información completa y detallada proveniente de expertos, sin embargo quise compartir mis puntos desde mis vivencias, y experiencias.

As customers we have come across thousands of products during our lives, many of them with previous offerings, this can generate both positive and negative idealizations, it all depends on the product or service offered, the way it is offered and the many positive standards that are attributed to it, as all these details will bring potential buyers.

Now, since the product is known to the point that they know of its existence then it is time to deliver to those buyers, and this is where we often find that all that hype that the product offered becomes a problem because it did not deliver that quality previously promised.

However, this will always depend on the perspective of each person and even their personality, some customers may not take it seriously and others do, but it is still our job to strive to give the best of us in our products or services, even if it is a little difficult, especially when starting from scratch. Likewise, if we already have a good product that is satisfactory, our job will be to maintain that quality and even improve.

Presenting quality products and services brings several benefits, among them we can mention the following:

• It leads us to constant improvement, which is easier especially when we start with a good starting point.✅
• Fewer complaints or even returns. ✅
• It will generate trust which in turn will generate good comments, good references and potential customers. ✅
• It will also bring a positive image to the business (this is what we new entrepreneurs are looking for). ✅

Throughout my entrepreneurship I have strived to do a good job and I have also known it from my clients and although at times I have been exhausted I continue to give my best so that this quality is maintained. Although it is true that it is very difficult to please everyone, it is also in us to do a good job and that we recognize it to be sure of what we offer.

I know that on the platform there are many who strive every day to give the best in their projects and I encourage them to continue doing a good job. Finally, I know that there is a lot of complete and detailed information coming from experts, however I wanted to share my points from my experiences.
