Cooked groundnut not the usual.

Today am not coming with long sermon but am here to share to this amazing community natural medicine what I choose to add to my diet today.

Early today I bought this for myself it is groundnut but this particular groundnut, is different from the usual fried one we normally eat. And this is the only season that you will find this can of groundnut after now it is the fry ones that you will see.

As you can see from the picture it cooked like this it only salt that is added to it we called it here in my state Mansag- ikpok it is hawk by any one small or big people sell round the street of Uyo and beyond.

So earlier today I was outside my compound when I saw this girl carrying it in a transparent pale. some put it In a transparent white bag for proper Identification if not, no one will see it well or recognize what is inside there. So when she was about passing I called her I buy it from her. This one that am holding in my hand is 100 naira hundred naira there is a cup for two hundred naira but I bought the one of hundred naira

This is one here is the one she gave me to taste that is how it is done before they measure it to you, they must give you some it for tasting which if at the end of the tasting you don't like it, you are very free to tell the seller to go that you don't like it or you like it. So I wasn't the only one that ate it they were other that joined me in eating the cooked groundnut

The process of eating it you must burst it open it either with your teeth or your hand and then remove the groundnut from the inside before you eat it. It is very simple

This is also nutritious as same of the oil is cooked out of the groundnut I really love this particular types of groundnut. Hope this you love this too try it and you will like it.
