Abacha for lunch today

Happy new week today I went to shop so I was confused of what to take for lunch while in my state of confession, an igbo woman just pass with wheelbarrow when I ask what she is selling she said abacha I decided to taste of it. I have been seeing it around my street how my neighbors eat it and be singing praises of it I remember when I travel last year to Abia state still igbo land, I saw everywhere how they were selling it with custard pale and our people That travel to the land do buy it as take home gift to their love ones. today I decided to take it has my lunch it taste nice.

This particular snack is originated from igbo land the eastern part of Nigeria it is their favorite snack. It is made from cassava. It is mix with palm oil and.

As you can see it is garnish with slice onions, utasi leaves, garden egg, fresh tomatoes.
Some people eat it with smoke fish or cow skin. Me I didn't need protein today so I only buy the abacha alone. That is what I eat today for lunch in Nigeria we are so bless with so many delicious delicacy.
