Criptocharla en La Colmena con Aarón Olmos
Seguimos con nuestra serie de entrevistas sobre blockchain, web3.0 y criptomonedas, con destacadas figuras de este entorno. En esta oportunidad tenemos de invitado a Aarón Olmos, economista y profesor de economía en el Instituto Estudios Superiores de Administración (IESA) y tiene como eje central de su investigación, precisamente, estos temas.
En nuestra conversación abordó los temas de la "economía blockchain", como parte de un concepto que tiene subdivisiones tales como la "criptoeconomía". Resumió el desarrollo de la economía para llegar a los estándares actuales y cómo llegamos al concepto de la "confianza", como respaldo a las monedas, así como la diferencia que se establece en el caso de las criptomonedas.
Habló acerca de la campaña que empezaron los centros de poder en contra de las criptomonedas y la mala experiencia que pueden haber tenido muchas personas, al inicio en este mundo, productos de estafas y engaños, basándose en el desconocimiento. Pero, frente a esa realidad, vemos el cambio que ha habido con el conocimiento y dada la robustez y seguridad que plantean estas herramientas.

We continue with our series of interviews on blockchain, web3.0, and cryptocurrencies, with prominent figures in this field. This time we have as our guest Aarón Olmos, an economist and professor of economics at the Higher Institute of Business Administration (IESA), whose central focus of research is precisely these topics.
In our conversation, he addressed the topics of "blockchain economics," as part of a concept that has subdivisions such as "cryptoeconomics." He summarized the development of the economy to reach current standards and how we arrived at the concept of "trust" as support for currencies, as well as the difference established in the case of cryptocurrencies.
He spoke about the campaign that powerful entities started against cryptocurrencies and the bad experiences that many people may have had initially in this world due to scams and deception, based on ignorance. However, in the face of this reality, we see the change that has occurred with knowledge and given the robustness and security that these tools offer.
