Monomad: White peacock butterfly (Anartia jatrophae)

What I share in my entry for the #monomad challenge curated by @monochromes is a white peacock butterfly or Anartia jatrophae.

This is one of the most docile butterflies I have ever found. Usually I'm a little tired of photographing butterflies, because butterflies are like docile doves. They are tame, but when you want to catch them, you rarely find them.

Likewise with butterflies, they fly low, tame indeed. but as soon as the camera gets close, the butterfly will fly.

So this is the most fitting moment for me to be able to shoot this butterfly when it stands and settles on a leaf.
