(ENG-ESP) RECIPE: Delicious sirloin steak with carrots, bell peppers and onions

- Good evening, Hivers! I hope you had a fantastic Saturday... Today I'm going to share with you the delicious lunch I enjoyed with my family. Below, I'll explain how to prepare a "delicious sirloin steak with carrots, bell peppers and onions". You can serve it with countless side dishes. In my case, I served it with boiled yuca and fried plantains... I hope you enjoy the process of making this tasty recipe. Let's get started!
- Buenas noches hivers, espero que hayan pasado un fantástico sábado... Hoy, comparto con ustedes el exquisito almuerzo que disfruté con mi familia, a continuación les explicaré como preparar una “deliciosa carne de solomo con zanahorias, pimientos y cebolla”. Pueden complementar con infinidad de guarniciones, en mi caso acompañé con: yuca sancochada y plátanos fritos. Espero disfruten el “paso a paso” de esta sabrosa receta, empecemos!

- INGREDIENTS: sirloin steak, carrots, red bell peppers, onions, sweet peppers, black pepper, oregano powder, fine herbs, salt and neutral oil for frying.
- INGREDIENTES: carne de solomo, zanahoria, pimiento rojo, cebolla, ajíes dulces, pimienta negra, orégano en polvo, finas hierbas, sal y aceite neutro para sofreír.
- Sauté the onion, sweet peppers, and carrot. Cook until the carrot softens a little... Add the bell pepper. To highlight our vegetables, cut them into medium-sized pieces. Sauté until golden brown. At this stage, season with ground oregano, black pepper, fine herbs, and salt.
- Sofreímos la cebolla, los ajies dulces y la zanahoria. Cocinamos hasta que la zanahoria se ablande un poco... Integramos el pimiento, para dar protagonismo a nuestras verduras las cortaremos en trozos “medianos”. Salteamos hasta que se doren, en este paso vamos a condimentar con: orégano en polvo, pimienta negra, finas hierbas y sal.

- Con este hermoso colorido quedaron nuestras verduras... reservamos para utilizar en el paso final.

- To make this recipe, I seasoned the meat with only pepper and salt. This time, I cut the tenderloin into VERY thin strips and trimmed off the fat that usually surrounds the edges.
Add neutral oil to a nonstick skillet. When the oil is hot, add the meat and stir constantly until it is ready. I particularly love it when the inside remains juicy.
Add the succulent sirloin to the vegetables that we had set aside and stir until well combined. Our appetizing dish is ready to enjoy!
- Para realizar esta receta aliñé la carne solamente con: pimienta y sal. En esta ocasión, corté el solomo en tiras MUY delgadas, deseché la grasa que suele tener por los bordes.
Incorporamos aceite neutro a un sartén antiadherente, cuando comprobemos que el aceite está bien caliente agregamos la carne, mezclamos de forma constante hasta que esté lista, particularmente me encanta que en su interior quede con una textura jugosa.
Incorporamos nuestra suculenta carne de solomo a los vegetales que teníamos reservados, mezclamos hasta integrar bien... Nuestro apetitoso platillo está listo para disfrutar!
