Good evening dear Hivers, welcome back to my blog.... Today, you will enjoy a VERY healthy and nutritious recipe, I will explain in an easy and simple way how to prepare an exquisite "pumpkin cream with potatoes and spinach ".

I thought it was great to sauté "onion" with "butter" and add on top at the time of plating along with a touch of Parmesan cheese, I can assure you that you will enjoy a VERY tasty and appetizing dish... Let's put on the apron!

Buenas noches queridos Hivers, bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog... Hoy, disfrutarán de una receta MUY saludable y nutritiva, les explicaré de forma fácil y sencilla como preparar una exquisita "crema de calabaza con patatas y espinaca".

Me pareció genial sofreír "cebolla" con "mantequilla" y agregar por encima al momento de emplatar junto con un toque de queso parmesano, les puedo asegurar disfrutarán de un platillo MUY sabroso y apetitoso... Pongámonos el delantal!

  • To make this one I used the following ingredients: pumpkin, potatoes, carrots, spinach leaves, onion, butter and cream.
  • Para realizar ésta utilicé los siguientes ingredientes: calabaza, patatas, hojas de espinaca, cebolla, mantequilla y crema de leche.

  • Add ALL our vegetables to a deep pot with enough water. Cook over medium-high heat until they are tender. I suggest NOT adding the salt at this step, but at the time of blending.
  • Agregamos TODAS nuestras verdura a una olla honda con suficiente agua. Cocinamos a fuego "medio-alto" hasta comprobar que se ablandaron. Les sugiero NO agregar la sal en éste paso, sino al momento de licuar.

  • When we check that the "pumpkin" and "potatoes" have softened, we place our healthy "spinach" leaves. Cook for 3 minutes, enough time for them to be ready.
  • Cuando comprobemos que la "calabaza" y las "patatas" se ablandaron, colocamos nuestras saludables hojas de "espinacas". Cocinamos durante 3 minutos, tiempo suficiente para que estén listas.

  • In this step ALL our ingredients are ready to process, we wait for them to cool down a little to proceed to blending. Add the vegetables to the blender cup, along with the broth, add salt to taste.
  • En éste paso TODOS nuestros ingredientes están listos para procesar, esperamos que se enfríen un poco para proceder a licuar. Agregamos las verduras al vaso de la licuadora, junto con el caldo, añadimos sal al gusto.

  • When we check that we have a homogeneous mixture without lumps, we add our exquisite "milk cream". This ingredient will provide a "unique and special" flavor.
  • Cuando comprobemos que conseguimos una mezcla "homogénea y sin grumos", colocamos nuestra exquisita "crema de leche". Éste ingrediente aportará un sabor "único y especial".
