Baked chicken with potatoes with a delicious vegetable sauce / ENG-ESP
Good evening friends, I hope you had a great Sunday.... Today, I will share with you the exquisite lunch I enjoyed with my mother. I will explain to you how to prepare some delicious baked chicken thighs with potatoes, accompanied by a delicious vegetable sauce... Let's put on the apron!
Buenas noches amigos, espero que hayan pasado un domingo genial... Hoy, compartiré con ustedes el exquisito almuerzo que disfruté en compañía de mi madre. Les explicaré como preparar unos exquisitos muslos de pollo al horno con patatas, acompañados de una deliciosa salsa de vegetales... Pongámonos el delantal!
- We start by seasoning our chicken, let it marinate in the refrigerator so that it acquires a VERY tasty and substantial flavor... We add: seasoned salt, soy sauce, mustard, dried oregano.
- Empezaremos aliñando nuestro pollo, dejaremos macerar en la nevera para que así adquiera un sabor MUY sabroso y sustancioso... Colocamos: sal condimentada, salsa de soya, mostaza, orégano seco.
- Add 1 large onion, 3 ripe tomatoes and 1 red bell pepper. Cut into "small" cubes. Add to the blender glass along with 1 cup of water. Add to the chicken, cover and let it macerate for 1 hour.
- Agregaremos 1 cebolla "grande", 3 tomates maduros y 1 pimiento rojo. Cortamos en cubos "pequeños". Incorporamos al vaso de la licuadora junto con 1 taza de agua. Añadimos al pollo, tapamos y dejamos macerar durante 1 hora.
- Add 2 potatoes cut into "medium" cubes. Place in a refractory container. Bake at 180º for 1 hour or until we check that it is ready. It will depend on the power of the oven. Cover with aluminum foil, so that it cooks in its own juice.
- Agregamos 2 patatas cortadas en cubos "medianos". Colocamos en un envase refractario. Horneamos a 180º durante 1 hora o hasta que comprobemos que está listo. Dependerá de la potencia del horno. Tapamos con papel de aluminio, para que se cocine en su propio jugo.
- Friends, after 55 minutes, this is how succulent and appetizing our nutritious and healthy dish turned out. This time, to enjoy MORE of the exquisite sauce, I thought it would be great to accompany it with "rice" and "baked plantains"... Enjoy!
