My Actifit Report Card: December 15 2021

Are HIVE members healthy? I wish you good health. Hello everyone.

Today, like yesterday, I went for a walk with my friends. It is very cold. It walk be fun with friends.
It was snowing on the way. On the way back, the snow is no more. So I took pictures with my phone camera on the side of the road.

One house has flowers outside his yard. The flowers are so beautiful. I do not know what flower it is. I do not know this flower name. I took a photo of the beautiful flowers.
When I got home, I had a good breakfast. I do house work during the day.

In the evening a friend came. I exercise with him.
This is a log of my this day activities.
The points are normal.

လမ်းမှာ နှင်းတွေကျနေတယ်။ အပြန်လမ်းမှာ နှင်းတွေကျမလာတော့ဘူး။ ဒါနဲ့ လမ်းဘေးမှာ ဖုန်းကင်မရာနဲ့ ဓာတ်ပုံရိုက်တယ်။

အိမ်တစ်အိမ်မှာ သူ့ခြံအပြင်ဘက်မှာ ပန်းတွေရှိတယ်။ ပန်းတွေက အရမ်းလှတယ်။ ဘာပန်းလဲ မသိဘူး။ ဒီပန်းနာမည်တော့ မသိဘူး။ ပန်းလှလှလေးတွေ ဓါတ်ပုံရိုက်ခဲ့တယ်။
အိမ်ပြန်ရောက်တော့ မနက်စာကောင်းကောင်းစားတယ်။ ငါ နေ့ခင်းဘက် အိမ်အလုပ် လုပ်တယ်။

ညနေက သူငယ်ချင်းတစ်ယောက် ရောက်လာတယ်။ ကျွန်တော် သူနဲ့ လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းလုပ်တယ်။

ဒါက ကျွန်တော့်ရဲ့ ဒီနေ့ လှုပ်ရှားမှုမှတ်တမ်းပါ။
အမှတ်တွေက ပုံမှန်ပါပဲ။

ကျွန်တော့ရဲ့ပို့စ်ကိုဖတ်ပေးလို့ ကျေးဇူးအများကြီးတင်ပါတယ်။
