MonoHills of Danville, California - #monomad daily contest by @monochromes !!

Yesterday I was looking at one of @lightcapture posts as, I follow him for his always superb black and white landscape photography, this is why they refer to him as Monochromatic photography and if you check out his blogs you will know why, anyways looking at his landscapes of Tuscany in Italy one place that, I have visited also a few years back and absolutely loved, it not only for it's beautiful landscapes but also for the great foods, great wines and the looks of them massive beautiful vineyards stretching across them hilly mountains the best Italian wines come from this region of the world. The landscapes in Tuscany look a little like the Danville mountain in California very hilly but not as high or as green as the ones in Danville, although you can't see this with the black and whites, I am going to show you in this post but people who follow me, would have seen the deep green colors of these Danville mountains that, I have posted on a few occasions but anyways getting back to @lightcapture looking at his Tuscany black and white hilly landscape post has inspired me to do my own black and white sequence of the Danville hilly mountains in California.

I spend six months in American and traveled to many states of America but the Danville mountains in California left the greatest impressions on me these hilly mountains never ended you could be hiking for days across these green hills and never reach the other end they are the most stunning green hills you will ever see and in spring season when these hills are covered with yellow, pink and red Poppy flowers and other colorful flowers, well that is a sight you could never imagine all these extraordinary colors together make the hills look like rainbow hills.

There are so many amazing view points but in Mount Diablo State Park is where you will see the most stunning panorama views of the Danville hilly mountains the highest view point in Mount Diablo State Park can be up to 1,800 meters high you can either hike, ride a mountain bike or take a horse ride around the many mountain trails around these spectacular green hills. Danville is one town you would love to live in been surrounded by green hills and rainbow hills in spring season it would be a paradise if you are a nature person.
