Monomad challenge entry #137; Lola & Light.

My session with Lola was one of my interesting ones, last year.
It was a session that almost did not happen. But I was glad it did.

Incase you missed it last year, here's the story of Lola's photography session;

For a session that almost got cancelled, I created one of my cleanest photos last year with Lola.
She reached out to me seeking a photo session. She said need it to take off some steam from planning her wedding.

On the day of the session, she hesitantly came. According to her, she had almost called me to cancel the session, as she was feeling overwhelmed that day. I had to perform therapy for her using humour. After a few laughs, she was ready and we began create.

For someone who arrived not feeling good, she got into an amazing mood for the photos. She did great with posing, and her energy was all round good.

I put my heart into photographing her, as I knew the results were also going to further boost her mood. And truly, the photos came out amazing.

The monochrome variants of the photos from the session rocked as good as their colored counterparts. Maybe even better.

I made the shadows deeper, pumped up contrast, and enhanced the highlights. And the results turned out amazing for me. I hope they are amazing to you too.
