Healthy fruit smoothie menu according to my style
Hello friends of Hive today i will share with you my food smoothie. I have a lot of fruits in my fridge, this is quite normal for me because I like to eat fruits a lot. I can eat them fresh, or I can make fruit smoothies with them.
- watermelon
- tomato
- pomegranate
- grape
- banana
- almond milk
My smoothie making process isn't that hectic at all. Just properly clean and peal the fruits and add them to the blender. Add almond milk and blend the fruits thoroughly. The addition of the almond milk to the mix of fruits helps the blender spin. If almond milk is not available, you can substitute it with water or fresh milk. You can mix ice into the blender to make it more delicious and helps you feel refreshed.
finish for the smoothie menu. I'm a person who doesn't like tomatoes. So, I used a helper by blending different kinds of fruits together to make it easier to eat
