BDC SHORTS: MATTERS OF THE HEART ~ DAY 3 PROMPT
Life has a distinct texture that we don't comprehend when we're living it, but when we look back afterwards, it all makes sense. This also advises that one should trust the voice of one's own heart. You have to have faith in something, whether it is your heart, destiny, life, karma, or something else. You must have faith in something.
I do not believe that it is incompatible with one's ability to listen to one's heart, perceive that life has its own essence and texture, plan for the future, and have a vision for one's future.
People should, in my opinion, construct their vision by paying attention to their thoughts and feelings as they go about their day.
Observing oneself and the cosmos closely allows a person to assess whether or not his or her behavior is supported by the universe. I believe that a person should create a vision if his or her aims are pure, full of love, questioning life (to the extent that he or she is capable of doing so), employing reasoning, and listening to the voice of their or her heart.
We only get a reward for the things we do in life, and nothing more. Yes, we do have the ability to control our own fate if we so want. I am a student, for example. It is unlikely that I will be successful in tests if I do not study, and it is also unlikely that I will be able to find work. It is also unlikely that I will be happy in life unless I study. Before I forget, I'd like to say that I believe in the concept of fate.
If we try to draw a picture of the future, we will be unable to grasp the picture of our present.
What matters, though, is the color of the iris of life as it shines on us at this moment. We do this because, in the same way that it constructs the future today, it also constructs the actuality of being present, namely, the thrill of living, within ourselves.
Each individual should, I believe, develop his or her own vision and make conscious decisions in order to achieve it, but he or she should also listen to the voice of their heart and their common sense when confronted with subjective situations in life.
