It's shouldn't be a surprise experiencing such amount in the blockchain but for me I wouldn't think negative for the price to go below 30k again instead it will be a massive progress to go above that

Indeed majority are waiting for the where the price of BTC will be heading. I'll like the optimistic and believe we would most likely break the 40k barrier as it is now rather than going back to 30k. For now we can only speculate and hope for the best outcome
