I used to have my hair styled in Crimson red straight bangs but that took too much effort to maintain and keep up. So I let it revert back to my original fine wavy black only to discover that I have more grey.

I kidna guessed it might be but also it suits ya so I wondered if it suited you because it was you.
I've never done the coloured hair thing unless you could the time we did it with kooliad for a costume as a kid.
