Una de las cosas que me gusta hacer antes de irme a dormir, es organizar y planificar las actividades y diligencias del día siguiente. Si tengo que reunirme con algún colega o amigo para asuntos de trabajo. Me gusta hacerlo con tiempo, para que no se me escape nada de las manos. Así que planificar para mí es vital.
One of the things I like to do before I go to sleep is to organize and plan the next day's activities and errands. If I have to meet with a colleague or friend for work matters. I like to do it ahead of time, so that nothing slips through my fingers. So planning for me is vital.

Esta es una costumbre la tengo desde la escuela, cuando estudiaba, mi mamá siempre me enseño a dejar todo organizado para el día siguiente. Para que en la mañana no se me quedara nada. Y no perder tiempo en escoger la ropa que voy a usar el día siguiente.
Entonces justo antes de dormir, busco cada prenda que que voy a usar y realizo la respetiva combinación, para no perder el glamour jajaja.
This is a habit I have had since school, when I studied, my mom always taught me to leave everything organized for the next day. So that in the morning I wouldn't leave anything behind. And not to waste time choosing the clothes I'm going to wear the next day.
So just before going to sleep, I look for each garment that I'm going to wear and I make the respective combination, so as not to lose the glamor hahaha.

El imperdible cuidado facial. Desde hace un tiempo para acá, me he interesado un poco más en cuidar mi piel. Es por eso que adquirí un hábito de cuidar mi piel cada noche antes de dormir. Es por eso que me exfolio el rostro cada 3 días, uso jabón neutro para lavar mi rostro a diario y aplico crema de noche y contorno de ojos y en la mañana siguiente.
The must-have facial care. For some time now, I've been a little more interested in taking care of my skin. That's why I got into the habit of taking care of my skin every night before going to sleep. That's why I exfoliate my face every 3 days, use neutral soap to wash my face daily and apply night and eye cream and the following morning.

I tell my son, "Always best to prepare before hand." but he hardly takes my advice and often forgets his lunch or keys because he often waits to the last minute and heads off in a rush. One day he will learn. He tends to have a short memory and needs to establish a predictable routine.
