Cutting chili plants Body is to save the Plants!

This summer, this kind of plant does not last. And for them to be saved, they need to be watered daily. And another way is to cut its branches. In this way, every branch of the chili does not compete for nutrients this summer. If you do not do this the body of the chili and its branches will quickly dry out to death.

Don’t worry about the chopped chili branches, its leaves can be added to the dish. Its branches can be cut into small pieces and made into plant fertilizer! If the climate is not this warm, the chili branches can be replanted and new roots sprouted.

If the seed is good, there is a good chance that the fruit will be large and the tree can grow more than a meter tall. Always remember that planting chili should be at a distance of 60 CM away from each other so as not to compete for nutrients in the soil. Do not copy my planting that the distance between each is only 25 centimeters away.

The picture below shows what my chili plant looked like after 2 weeks that I cut the branches. There are almost no leaves left due to the heat of the weather. But small new leaves are sprouting, just need daily watering so that the body of the chili does not dry out.

If possible, remove or prune all branches so as not to obstruct new sprouting branches and leaves. In the coming month of October, new healthy branches and leaves will begin because the cold has already started this month.

It is always necessary to sacrifice some foliage to keep the plant alive. Your garden is very beautiful, I know that later, when the weather is kinder, it will look even better. Greetings.

Thanks for the tips, I planted chilli before but the snails kept eating it and it made them die. Do you have tips on how to protect my plants from snails? Snails attack the plants at night.
