Second Week Of The Pharmacy Course / Segunda Semana Del Curso De Farmacia [ENG-ESP]

Hi everyone, I hope you're all doing great. I want to share with you what the second week of the pharmacy course was like. Stay tuned for more details.
Well, I’ve been blogging less for obvious reasons—time is money, after all—and I’m focusing on finding a better-paying job. On Saturdays, I’m in class. You see, they had us choose one of the symbols used in pharmacies, to be honest, I didn’t know there were several—I’d always seen them but didn’t know their names. I’ll give you a quick rundown: there’s the Cup of Hygieia, which features a snake and symbolizes the healing power of the Greek gods; there’s the mortar and pestle, which were the tools used to grind medicinal plants in the past; “RX,” which refers to the patient’s prescription so they can be treated; the green cross, used in many countries to indicate that there’s a pharmacy—especially at night; the red cross, used to assist people during wars and for humanitarian aid; and the rod of Asclepius, which can also be defined as the cup of Hygieia from the time of the Greek gods. To be honest, there’s quite a lot of theory behind all this.
Ignore the drawings and my handwriting, haha, but they had us personalize the notebook we’ll be using throughout this whole semester—since it’ll last until November and all our notes will be in there—and each student had to choose a symbol. I chose the mortar; I’m already writing down my classes in there, and they had us research some questions that require more in-depth analysis—we’re diving into the theory behind that research. We’re going to do a two-person workshop and then present our findings—it reminds me of my college days. I hope you liked my story. Thanks, see you later.

Hola a todos, espero que anden muy bien quiero compartir con ustedes la segunda semana del curso de farmacia, quédate para contarte un poco más.
Bueno los blog han disminuido por obvias razones ya el tiempo es oro y le estoy dedicando a lo que es buscar empleo mejor remunerado y los sábados con el curso, verán nos mandaron a elegir uno de los símbolos de farmacia que existen, la verdad que no sabía que existían varios y siempre los vi pero no supe sus nombres se los resumiré esta la copa de Higia que es una serpiente y significa la sanidad de los dioses griegos, está el mortero y pistilo que vendría siendo la herramienta que usaban para triturar plantas medicinales en el pasado, RX que hace referencia al récipe médico del paciente para que lo puedan atender, la cruz verde que se usa en muchos países para hacer saber que hay una farmacia más que todo en la noche, la cruz roja para asistir personas en guerras ayudas humanitarias, la vara de esculapio también se puede definir como la copa de Higia de los tiempos de los dioses griegos, la verdad que esto tiene bastante extensión de teoría.
Ignoren los dibujos y mi letra jaja pero nos mandaron a personalizar la libreta que usaremos en todo este tiempo ya que será hasta noviembre y todos los apuntes estarán allí y cada estudiante tenía que elegir un símbolo, yo elegí el del mortero, ya estoy colocando las clases allí, y nos mandaron a investigar unas preguntas que tienen más desarrollo estamos entrando en la propia teoría de esa investigación vamos a hacer un taller de dos personas y luego defenderlo a recordar los tiempos de universidad , espero les haya gustado mi relato gracias nos vemos luego.
