Seguramente algunas veces te han quedado reservas de carne del almuerzo, el cual por lo general refrigeramos y muchas veces olvidamos hoy les traigo una rápida receta para preparar un revoltillo fácil y con pocos ingredientes además podrá sacarnos de apuros durante la mañana.

Para esta receta necesita:

  • Reserva de carne molida previamente cocida.
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 tomate
  • 1 pedazo de pimentón
  • sal
  • cebollín
  • cilantro
  • 2 huevos
  • aceite.

Lo primero que debemos hacer en lavar todos nuestro ingredientes y picarlos en cuadritos, para esto no necesitamos esmerarnos mucho.

Luego precalentamos el sartén y agregamos la carne y todos los demás ingredientes, incluyendo la sal.
