Espero que se encuentren súper este día, ayer una amiga estaba muy necesitada por una limpieza facial profunda y aunque no cuento con todo el equipo necesario quiso que yo la ayudara y también aprovechara y practicara, como saben soy cosmiatra integral y unos de mis grandes sueños es tener un Spa y ella quería que ambas estuviéramos felices y disfrutáramos este proceso, asi que obvio dije que si, por lo que ayer en la tarde busque todo lo que tenía mis productos, mis equipos que aunque no sean muchos estaba muy contenta por hacerla, tome una cama en casa de mi mama y la equipe para que fuera perfecta y comenzamos, le hice primero la evaluación, luego la limpieza profunda y por ultimo las recomendaciones y tratamientos para la casita, quiero compartir con ustedes todo, espero de todo corazón les guste

Al realizar la evaluación pudimos notar que tenía una piel grasa deshidrata, una numerosa cantidad de puntos negros o comedones cerrados en la zona de las mejillas y la nariz, manchas de acné, poros muy dilatados y una resequedad bastante notable, ella refiere que nunca usa crema y se expone al sol todo el tiempo porque es militar, no usa protector solar y no usa un jabón específico para su piel, al tacto se puede notar una piel con un tono delgado, seco y mucha textura a lo que le recomendé una limpieza profunda ya que un peeling químico era algo que no puede ser posible porque no es una persona que usa protector solar y esta continuamente en contacto con el sol sin cuidados previos

Deep cleansing

Spanish Seguidamente empecé con la extracción con un saca comedones, aquí fue la parte donde más duramos y nos tomamos el tiempo ya que fueron muchos y debíamos dejar esa piel lo más limpia que podíamos, para luego continuar con la extracción con la ayuda de una paleta ultrasónica esta la pase mayormente el nariz eliminando toda la grasa acumulada en esa zona para luego aplicar tónico y con la ayuda de una algodón terminar de limpiar todo
