La importancia de la disciplina para lograr ser nuestra mejor version

Espero que se encuentren súper bien, hoy quiero hablarles de un tema que he tenido en mi cabeza desde hace unos días y quiero compartirlos con ustedes, quiero saber si soy a la única que le pasa esto pero tengo un gigantesco problema que me impide lograr mis objetivos, mis tareas y así perjudica mis metas y mi rendimiento, aunque no lo he queridos aceptar ya que quiero cambiar mi vida, este año me propuse tantas cosas y claro que voy con todo, pero no hemos terminado el mes cuando ya la mayoría de las cosas no me han funcionado y me di cuenta que no tengo disciplina, ni autocontrol sobre muchas cosas que de verdad quiero cambiar, ser mi mejor versión este año es mi meta principal, cambiar mis hábitos, eliminar los malos y incorporar los mejores que me hagan avanzar y ser yo misma es mi mayor propósito para ir poco a poco acercándome a la meta

I hope you are super well, today I want to talk about a topic that I have had in my head for a few days and I want to share with you, I want to know if I am the only one that this happens but I have a huge problem that prevents me from achieving my goals, my tasks and thus hurts my goals and my performance, although I have not wanted to accept it because I want to change my life, this year I proposed so many things and of course I'm going all in, but we have not finished the month when most of the things have not worked and I realized that I have no discipline or self-control over many things that I really want to change, be my best version this year is my main goal, change my habits, eliminate the bad ones and incorporate the best ones that make me move forward and be myself is my main purpose to go slowly approaching the goal.
Pero estas semanas las excusas han sobrado nuevamente y de tanto pensar llegue a la mejor conclusión me hace falta disciplina, este término es tan importante para llegar a nuestros objetivos, tenerla es poder sacar a flote nuestro mayor potencial, esforzarnos, cambiar nuestra vida, tener autocontrol, compromiso para diseñar paso a paso un camino al éxito, eso es muy importante, la disciplina puede derrumbarnos por completo porque nos hace esforzarnos tanto que puede llegar hacer agotador al comienzo, pero al notar los cambios que hace en tu vida veras como todo vale simplemente la pena, porque al final te reconstruyes volviéndote más fuerte y imparable , eso quiero, quien dijo que el camino al éxito es fácil? Para llegar a un lugar mejor debemos esforzarnos, sudar y dar todo por el todo de nosotros mismos para que cuándos llegues a la meta digas con orgullo lo logre. Eso anhelo
But these weeks the excuses have been too many again and from so much thinking I came to the best conclusion I need discipline, this term is so important to reach our goals, to have it is to be able to bring out our greatest potential, make an effort, change our life, have self-control, commitment to design step by step a path to success, That's very important, discipline can bring us down completely because it makes us strive so hard that it can become exhausting at the beginning, but when you notice the changes it makes in your life you will see how everything is simply worth it, because in the end you rebuild yourself becoming stronger and unstoppable, that's what I want, who said that the road to success is easy? To get to a better place we must strive, sweat and give everything for the whole of ourselves so that when you reach the goal you can proudly say "I made it". That is what I long for
Se lo quiero para mí y mi vida y en este momento no me encuentro donde quiero estar, ni tampoco soy la mitad de lo que quiero ser pero me hace falta disciplina para lograrlo y ahora voy a trabajar en eso, quiero comer sano pero no he sido capaz de cambiar mis hábitos alimenticios y tampoco he tenido autocontrol, quiero hacer ejercicios pero para todo hay una excusa si bien es cierto que los niños no dejan mucho tiempo sé que puedo lograrlo si me lo propongo y así para todo, leer, trabajar, hacer contenido, tener un tiempo para mí, todo es cuestión de saber que es posible y de tener disciplina así que ahora vamos a intentarlo de nuevo pero siendo y convirtiéndonos en personas disciplinadas que vamos por nuestra mejor versión, sin excusas, con compromiso, esfuerzo y dedicación
I want it for me and my life and right now I am not where I want to be, I am not half of what I want to be but I need discipline to achieve it and now I am going to work on that, I want to eat healthy but I have not been able to change my eating habits and I have not had self-control, I want to exercise but for everything there is an excuse, although it is true that children do not leave much time, I know I can do it if I set my mind to it and so for everything, reading, working, making content, having time for me, everything is a matter of knowing that it is possible and having discipline so now let's try again but being and becoming disciplined people who go for our best version, without excuses, with commitment, effort and dedication.
