Good sleep is very beneficial for good health!

We can only realize how much sleep is beneficial for our daily activities or for our health when we do not sleep at night. In other words, if we can't sleep one night, the next day we must understand the effect of not sleeping at night.

I don't know about everyone, but if I don't sleep well one night, my daily activities will be disrupted the next day and at the same time my body will feel very tired and weak. As a result, the next day I was severely affected by my difficulties as a result of not being able to sleep.

Most of the night I couldn’t sleep properly when I was in Honors second year or third year. In fact, I could not sleep at night. As a result, the night seemed long and annoying to me. I could sleep 2 to 3 hours last night. But I had to wake up in the morning because I had a tuition in the morning and then I would go out for class. But to be honest, I used to go to class and fall asleep. I could not concentrate properly on what the teacher was teaching in the class. Many times even at night as a result of not sleeping well at night, two eyes would fall asleep. But if I went to sleep, I would not fall asleep. Which resulted in problems like headaches. And there was instability in everything.

I saw on social media a long time ago that a person can live without food for a few days but if a person does not sleep for four to five days in a row, it can lead to his death.

To be honest, I do not know the basis of this statement. This is true or fake news. But I can say that I feel very tired if I do not sleep one night. But I could not sleep for a few days in a row, something huge for me. I can't even imagine it. I have seen one of my colleagues suffer from restlessness and headaches during the day as he does not sleep at night. Even he is suffering from various complex problems due to not sleeping well at night. That is why he is taking sleeping pills occasionally on the advice of a doctor.

So it seems to me that getting enough sleep at night is very important to get a beautiful healthy morning. Which brings us physical well-being as well as mental well-being. In fact, sleep is more important for human life than food. People will not have many problems if they do not eat once or twice a day, but if they do not get enough sleep, they will suffer from many problems. So if we want to stay healthy, we need enough sleep.

I am Md. Kawsar Hasan. I am Bangladeshi and proud to introduce myself as a Bangladeshi because I love my country so much. Because this is my motherland. I am engaged in the teaching profession. When I can teach my students something new, I have a different feeling. I also like to learn and do something new every day, I like to mingle with new people and like to learn something new. I always think of myself as a student of nature. Because we have a lot to learn from nature. I just try small to learn. I love to travel. A lot can be learned from nature through travel. Love to learn and write. I have been trying to write since I was a child and that is why I often fall behind in writing. I try to respect people. I think if you respect someone, your self-esteem does not decrease but increases.

Sleep is crucial. I wasn't sure in some of your writing whether you did get to sleep or didn't during classes; however, I could see that your overall theme was that sleep is critical to a human's survival. There's a TV show I've watched with my children a couple of times where they force the contestants to stay up 24 hours before going on the show. They give them tasks that are trivial, but because of sleep depravation, they have a hard time doing them. It's a really interesting show.

I have also found that when I drive tired, the best idea when I feel myself start to nod off, is to stop, put a timer on my phone for 25 minutes, and take a power nap. It makes all the difference in the world!

Jet lag is a thing because of sleep disruption...sleep is important!

When I went to class I often went I could not look at the teacher properly for sleep. Sometimes I would sit down and fall asleep, then my friends would push me away. However I wanted to convey that it is very important to maintain our health or to do our daily activities properly.

I have not slept well for years. I wake up many times during the night, and sometimes I lie awake for an hour or two. I have been to a few doctors, seeking answers and solutions. So far, nothing has helped. About twice a year I actually sleep well and wake up feeling rested. Then I can think clearly and get so much done! It's a wonderful feeling, and I wish I could feel that way every day. But I am not young any more, and sometimes we have to just live with what has gone wrong with our body.

It is true that there are some physical changes with age. At one point I couldn't even sleep. But later I noticed that my sleep was disturbed due to pressing my mobile phone at night or watching TV or chatting at night. However I have found a solution by omitting these. Thanks and best wishes for you.
