Si entramos a cualquier restaurante es muy probable que veamos a una familia completa comiendo tranquilamente y los más pequeños, ingiriendo su comida sin apartar la mirada de la tablet o celular.

Se trata de una escena impensable hace años y que causa reacción encontrarás. Consideró que la tecnología no podemos ni debemos pararla, en muchos aspecto es beneficiosa, pero habrá que reducir su uso a los más pequeños de la casa, ya que puede causar daños físicos y mentales a medio y largo plazo, sobre todo a las personas que están en pleno desarrollo.

Las pantallas producen fascinación, son demasiadas las riegos y violencias a las que se exponen.

Es difícil pero no imposible , tenemos que tomar en cuenta que no podemos comparar con lo que vivimos muchos, ahora todo es tecnología y no se trata de juzgar, si no para crear conciencia del problema que tenemos y el riesgo que corren nuestro hijo.

Es quizás un gran desafío, pero sin duda se ven los resultados, sé que muchas no tienen el tiempo, pero es importante el hecho de estar disponible, ya que menos pantallas significa más presencia del adulto, pero para eso estamos para guiarlos y estar con ellos en su desarrollo.
