La felicidad se conoce como el estado de ánimo de una persona la cual se siente complacido por algo bueno; todos tenemos el privilegio de sentir la felicidad a pesar que cada persona la vive de diferentes maneras, también sabemos que todos podemos tener días buenos y malos, solo se trata de saber manejar la situación para sentirnos feliz ante cualquier momento que tengamos malo.
Happiness is known as the state of mind of a person who feels pleased by something good; we all have the privilege of feeling happiness although each person lives it in different ways, we also know that we can all have good and bad days, it is just a matter of knowing how to handle the situation to feel happy at any time we have bad.
Les dejaré mi participación a la iniciativa dirigida por @damaryvibra la cual nos deja una gran pregunta.¿Que me hace feliz? Al ver esta iniciativa no dude en participar, ya que todos tenemos algo que nos mantiene feliz, creo que la mayoría coinciden, me incluyo porque siempre vamos a estar feliz si nuestra familia lo está, es decir mi familia es la base de mi felicidad.
I will leave you my participation to the initiative led by @damaryvibra which leaves us with a great question: What makes me happy? When I saw this initiative I did not hesitate to participate, because we all have something that keeps us happy, I think most agree, I include myself because we will always be happy if our family is, that is my family is the basis of my happiness.
Considero que para estar feliz primero observó a mi familia la cual es mi motor, después de tener a un hijo siempre vamos a anhelar su felicidad, para mí es importante que él esté feliz ya que si él lo está yo también, sin embargo a pesar que forme una familia de 3, no olvido a mis padres quien complementa mi felicidad siempre estoy pendiente de ellos, sin dejar atrás a mis abuelos que estuvieron conmigo toda mi vida, siente que todos ellos son parte de mi felicidad.
I consider that to be happy I first looked at my family which is my engine, after having a child we will always long for his happiness, for me it is important that he is happy because if he is happy I am happy too, however despite the fact that I formed a family of 3, I do not forget my parents who complement my happiness I am always looking after them, without leaving behind my grandparents who were with me all my life, I feel that they are all part of my happiness.
Por otra parte me hace feliz tener a mí alrededor personas maravillosa la cual me han ayudado a no sentirme sola, ya que estoy en otro país la verdad no es nada fácil vivir sin nadie que conoces, se siente un vacío, es ahí donde comienzas a sentir tristeza, a pesar de tener a mi hijo y mi esposo cerca tuve muchos días malos, pero me di cuenta que no valía la pena seguir con un estado de ánimo que no me estaba haciendo bien.
On the other hand it makes me happy to have wonderful people around me who have helped me not to feel alone, since I am in another country the truth is not easy to live without anyone you know, you feel an emptiness, that is where you start to feel sadness, despite having my son and my husband nearby I had many bad days, but I realized that it was not worth continuing with a state of mind that was not doing me good.
Comprendí que estar feliz me ayuda a sentirme satisfecha conmigo misma, disfrutar de cada momento que nos regala la vida, puedo tener días malos como todos en este mundo pero le pongo la mejor energía para no volver a sentir tristeza ya que hacen de mis días un abismo.
I understood that being happy helps me feel satisfied with myself, enjoy every moment that life gives us, I can have bad days like everyone in this world but I put the best energy not to feel sadness again because they make my days an abyss.
Como les dije para mí es fundamental que todos mis seres queridos estén feliz eso es lo que realmente me hace feliz a mí, nada material compra mi felicidad solo ellos hacen que mi día a día valga la pena y más mi hijo quien me llena el corazón del amor más puro que es de madre e hijo.
As I told you, for me it is fundamental that all my loved ones are happy, that is what really makes me happy, nothing material buys my happiness, only they make my day to day life worthwhile and even more my son who fills my heart with the purest love of mother and son.

Hola @katydvag, me alegro mucho que cayeras en cuenta que estar sujeta a emociones que bajan la vibra puede afectarnos de muchas maneras, y ojo no se trata de esconderlas o hacer que no existen, las emociones hay que expresarlas, vivirlas llorarlas y dejarlas pasar, es decir manejarlas, la ausencia de nuestros hijos, así como a los hijos la ausencia de los padres ha sido un golpe duro, sin embargo, pienso que unos y otros vamos asimilando situaciones, aceptando los cambios y mirando nuevas perspectivas.
La felicidad tiene que ver mucho con nuestras actitudes y estimular la nuestra con acciones que nos hacen felices es ponernos en el camino y echar a andar en él.
